Received item and immediately plugged into 4-pin receptacle to test. Brake lights, running lights worked, but the turn signal was not working. A few leds lit for a few seconds for the right side. Nothing was on for the left side. Do not open in the home after taking out of the plastic bag from within the box a strong pungent order smelling like skunk weed was very strong. Request return the next day and dropped off at UPS. Tracking the product I can see that it was accepted at final destination and that was a week ago. First time I had to contact Amazon Customer Service and they told me to wait another week which will be 14 Mar, 2025. Waiting and have feeling that I'll have to contact Amazon again. Stay away from this company! ... show more

I got the 48" with 3 rows of lights. When braking the turn signal does not work. When braking there is a delay in the light turning on but not turning off. When your foot is off the break, the turn signal works fine. The reverse lights work, till you break.
