I am addicted to velvet curtains, and I own several from different brands. This was my 1st time purchasing from BulBul, and I am 100% satisfied with the quality, price, and speedy delivery. These are ROOM DARKENING curtains, not 100% blackout curtains, and I’ve read a lot of reviews with less than 5 stars due to them not completely blocking the sun out (I wish buyers would actually read the entire description vs assuming😡 and then leaving negative reviews)! That said, they do a great job at blocking out a lot of sunlight, especially the darker the color. They’re a medium weight with just a slight touch of sheen (nothing gassy looking). Wow! If you want true velvety gold curtains, buy these. Unfortunately, I wanted the faded gold that the photo seemed to depict. The color is gorgeous- but I believe too bold for my room. I need a more muted gold. There is no mustard or yellow to this color. It's a deep, "metallic" (for velvet) gold. Actually, very pretty. A little too baroque for me. Haven't hang them yet but just arrived and took them out of the bag! I really was hoping for the color to be the hot pink as pictured but having been dissapointed so many times when products pictured as hot pink come in all kinds of muddy pinks to burgundy shades I was not keeping my hopes to high. To my delight the product is truly as gorgeous pink as pictured so if you need it to be hot pink, hot pink it is! I wanted to share this in case someone out there is looking for the very color and is hesitant.
