These helmet turning lights are controlled using the Remote Controller attached to the handlebars.
  • Bluetooth Helmet SpeakersThe Built-in high-quality speakers in the helmet allow cyclists to hear the sounds of traffic while on the phone, follow the GPS navigation system and listen to music, podcasts or an audio book during the long and lonely ride trip. The riders can switch the songs by using the remote controllers attached on the handlebars.
  • Hands-free Phone CallsAnswer phone calls using the remote control and enjoy clear sound both ways with the helmet's built-in Bluetooth speakers and microphone while riding on the road. 4.0 out of 5 stars | Excellent helmet, although quite pricey
I was intrigued by this helmet's smart functionality and thought I'd give this helmet a look. My first concerns were the cost and safety features. I had NEVER heard of the company before, but after verifying the safety certifications, I went ahead to test out the features and to see if it was worth the price. PROS - High-tech look - Smart functionality: turn signal, speakerphone, turn-by-turn directions - SOS alert: it actually called my wife about a minute after I faked a fall - Looks great - Waterproof - USB rechargeable via a portable battery pack - Spoken "Power On/Off" - Solid, protective feel CONS - Expensive - Air vent is mostly suitable for skateboarding/snowboarding/trick bicycles, not so much for bike racing - Proprietary charging connector After taking the helmet out for a spin on my bicycle, I noticed that the air vents are not optimal for fast biking. My head still stayed dry, but for speed racing, I would not recommend this helmet except for casual biking or snowboarding/skateboarding. The biggest selling point are the turn signals and light alert functions to let cars behind you know where you intend to be going. With the ability to hear turn-by-turn directions or taking calls without looking at your phone, this was a big safety plus as well. Is the helmet worth the expense? It may be hard to swallow for a lot of people. After all, this is simply a nice, solid helmet with speakers built in and the ability to signal your turns at night. However, if you have the cash, the smart functions do help make my bike rides safer and more enjoyable, and for those reasons, I decided to keep it for casual night biking and snowboarding. 2.0 out of 5 stars | MUST READ: Lots of Potential but Needs Substantial Upgrades. Tech Support Nonexistent.
Color: BH51M-Black Size: Medium 21.65” to 23.23” (55cm to 59cm)
I was super excited to receive this helmet. The features seemed promising and the additional safety it brings was a huge selling point. So, I purchased two for my fiancee and me. After the first ride, it was noticeable that it was not going to match the expectations. Here is my take away: SUPPORT IS NON-EXISTENT. There is only an email for support. I am yet to receive a response to my questions addressing the issues below. So once your Amazon return policy expires and something happens you might be on your own with whatever problems you might have. THE HELMET - The blinkers light sequence stays on for too long. You can’t quickly set your blinker from a left turn to a right turn before waiting for the long first turn sequence to end - Calls sound quality is poor at best - When music is playing, you can’t hear the turn signals sound or the Walkie-Talkie/PTT - The turn signals aren’t bright enough to be seen during the day and at night they are not that bright either - The PTT volume is too low (with no way to adjust it) and often requires multiple tries to get it to work once - Music sound quality needs improvement. The sound is so flat that you need to use it at full volume and with certain sounds/song it hurts your hears - The usefulness and functionality of the camera button on the remote is questionable to be occupying such important real estate. I can’t think of a scenario where it would be useful - Playing music from the Divall App isn’t straight forward. I haven’t been able to figure it out - The app doesn't integrate riding stats, maps, or music so you need to use three separate apps which can be dangerous while riding - The size adjustment wheel is very flimsy and it does not maintain your settings. A light touch or pump would change the preset size easily so you need to be constantly adjusting it. WHAT I ACTUALLY LIKE? - Great idea (though poorly implemented), convenient features, and provides significant additional safety. - Ventilation is great and it does keep your head relatively cool. - The look elegant and futuristic to garnish attention from other riders - The remote is well built and I like how ergonomic it is - The app is a significant plus CONCLUSION I'm returning them. It looks like there is a new and updated model coming out soon so my suggestion is to wait for that model to come out.

1.0 out of 5 stars | No warranty support
Helmet worked fine for about 6 months and then stopped charging. Contacting support was extremely difficult. The person who finally responded is in China and requested a video proving it was not working. I was also asked “did helmet meet any hit?” (Which it did not). They then said there is no US-based service available. The 2 options they gave me were: ship the helmet back to China at my expense for repair. Or they would give me a coupon for 55% off another helmet. Neither option is really acceptable for a product that allegedly had a one year warranty. I considered actually shipping back to China since it was going to be about $30 but when I contacted support for the details to include in the shipment I received no response. The charging port is some proprietary magnet thing so I’m guessing it is garbage. At this point my $200 helmet has turned into a science project as I’m better off just trying to fix it myself. This is a $30 helmet with very useful lights and speakers and Bluetooth (the microphone is worthless for calls). Definitely not worth $200, maybe $50. It is too bad the quality of the charging port is so poor.

4.0 out of 5 stars | An Eye Catching Fancy Smart Helmet
I was looking for a helmet after have got a bicycle recently. After many of these $20 to $50 helmets I have used started to crack and fall apart, I decided to invest more for a high quality one. Everything comes to a settle after I found this smart helmet. It provides more than I need but I expect to explore the extra functions in the future. It provides handsfree function on music and calling while I am riding the bike. The built quality looks decent and came with a 2 years warranty. It is also light and comfortable with long time wearing. The signal light is very bright and I am sure it will catch people's eye far away. After several days' usage, I decided to keep it. Here are a few suggestions I wish it could improve. The charging cable is propriety design and it could be hard to find and replace if lost or broken. Also I wish it came with some smartphone mounting accessories as its "Smart" comes from your phone. For a Helmet at this price, it should be nice to provide a full solution.
