  • Fun
There are really only two main issues I have with this. 1) The back wheels are all plastic and are held on by a plastic hub, so when it rolls it's literally plastic on plastic and makes horrible squealing noises. I was able to overcome this by taking the wheels off every couple of months and remove all the plastic dust that accumulates and oil inside the wheels. They could have used bearings. 2) The "tires" are just a really thin hard plastic, nothing rubber about them so they are a little noisy rolling on hard pavement and don't roll through gravel at all. Some of of good things: - mostly got it for the sun shade, that has been great - steering from the handle in the back works pretty well and handle is removable so the whole thing easily fits in the car - lots of adjustability: wrap around support keeps little ones on secure and can be removed as they get older, harness, seat position is adjustable, foot rest can be folded up The little bag is useful but really cheap, and I've thought about using some kind of foam or padding to put under the seat covers to make it a little more comfortable. It has gotten a lot of looks and good comments from people that pass by. ... show more

  • Highly recommend! Fun and practical!
Oh my goodness, we are so in love with this bike! I have to say it was a BEAR to put together, but I found a video online of a similar but different model of a Little Tikes bike and that was so helpful! I would recommend to the company that they create a demo video for each of the products that they sell. That would be so helpful! Anyway, my daughter is one and on the petite side, and she fits great in the stage 1 of this bike. The buckles go around the waist as well as across her chest so I feel like she is nice and secure, and the shoulder pads on the straps help keep her comfortable. We chose this model over the others because of the adustable sun shade. It has really come in handy, but I will say that sometimes it is hard to position it just right based on where the sun happens to be shining. The good thing is that the shade is also easy to remove when you will be in a situation where you don't need to or want to use it. I love that the bike has a drink holder, a pouch for personal belongings, AND a storage bucket on the bottom. This is a fun bike for my daughter and a practical bike for me and my husband! Highly recommend. ... show more

  • Great for our walks to the park.
My daughter and I love this Ride On!! It took my husband around 15 minutes to put the product together. It does have a plastic look to it but Little Tikes products usually are, which I love since it's for the kiddies. Wheels are nice and thick so our .5mile walk to the park rides good on sidewalk and grass. No noise when pushing. I do feel the locked footbar is a little too far back for my daughter to comfortable rest her feet since she isn't old enough to peddle but she goes back and forth between resting her feet in the proper location or just letting them dangle. Great storage room to put your phone in the bag with some glasses and snacks on the bottom. Steering is okay, not the most comfortable to push, sometimes I have to use both hands but that was expected. Great pink color, not dull at all. ... show more

  • Will Grow with Toddler
I purchased this for my daughter’s first birthday and she loves it! Right now she sits in it to go for walks, but it will definitely grow with her as she starts to learn to ride on her own. The assembly was a bit challenging, but if you have kids, you’re used to assembling this with many small pieces and useless instructions. I looked at many bikes like this and finally settled on this one because it has rubber tires as opposed to plastic. I’m very glad I purchased it, and can see my daughter getting A TON of use out of it. ... show more

  • This trike is very sturdy and stylish
This trike is very sturdy and stylish. I love this pink and black match. I had bought Radio Flyer trike last week but I returned it because it does not have a foot rest. My little girl is 16 months old and she is taller than her age but she could not reach her feet at the pedal so she needed the foot rest. Actually, Radio Flyer had better handling than Little Tikes. Little Tikes trike is heavier for me to control. But my daughter is enjoying this trike more comfortable. She would not get off of the trike because of discomfort that she had when she was riding the one without the foot rest. ... show more

  • Quality product
This thing is awesome. I put it together in about an hour. the first step doesn't show good detail to see which wheel goes on which side. I also didn't like the 4 screws used to attach the 2 rear wheels, they seemed too short to hold into the plastic that holds the wheels on. I went to Lowe's and bought two 8-32 screws (2") and nylon lock nuts and just drilled right thru the plastic to make it more secure (either 5/32 or 11/64 bit, don't remember which). The majority is a nice gauge metal and the wheels are plastic with a nice layer of rubber. I am very satisfied with the buy. My daughter loves it. The handle is very sturdy and doesn't wiggle. ... show more

  • Solid ride..
Seemed fine. Solid construction. The instructions were "ok". The rear wheels were a hassle to get assembled correctly. There is a very specific order to getting them together. Not explained very well. Once assembled, the trike seemed like it would hold up well. Not sure I'd use all the functions. My son and daughter in law will though. I'm a bit old fashioned. I'd push em in a stroller when they were little, then let them ride a trike when they got bigger. This thing tries to be six things in one.. ... show more
