I’ve ordered this multiple times in preemie and Amazon keeps sending me newborn size so, I’ll never know how it actually looks/functions on a baby because I give up now. However the outfit is adorable and feels soft. Update: I took a chance and ordered Preemie again and they finally sent me the right size! The newborn size looks pretty big .. I bought a new born and premie only because my daughter in law was 10 lbs when she was born so I’m hoping one of them fits baby well! They are extremely cute and soft though! I can’t wait to see my grand baby in this! ❤️

These are the sweetest going home outfits. Very unisex and simple. I actually saw them on Amazon first, later that day I was shopping at babies R us and purchased newborn size there. When I got home, I noticed they were quite large for newborns. My first child was 6 lbs, his newborn going home outfit drowned him. So, I decided to return the newborn size to the store and purchase the preemie size from Amazon. Not huge difference, but I really think the preemie is more suitable for bringing home a newborn in. I took a couple of photos of the two sizes together for reference. First photo, preemie on the left , second photo preemie top of newborn. Just be careful on deciding when you think your baby will wearing this. The newborn size is very wide also. I think the newborn sizes maybe meant for much larger babies (over 10 lbs). hi! i got this for my baby, who came on time but was just a little small, he can’t fit most newborn clothing so i got the preemie and it’s larger than most of the newborn clothing (8-11lbs) that we’ve seen or have. he’s a little over 6 pounds and i could fit two or him in there

I bought the preemie size for up to 6 lbs and my niece had twins 6lbs 2oz and 6 lbs the outfit and hat are WAY TO BIG!!! I feel like it would fit a 12lb baby

These outfit is super cute, well made and fits as expected. It's a good purchase for the price and quality. I got it premie because of the reviews that runs big but I'm not agree: premie was as expected, i had to return it and get newborn size, that fit right to my son (he was around 7 lb). The fabric is soft, not thin, and don't fade or shrink. It had stood up to several washings already and it had not unraveled or faded or anything. Still looking great! ... show more
