My 2 year old LOVES this small blanky. This is actually the 3rd one that we have purchased. We were gifted a full size Little Giraffe Luxe Blanket and my daughter really liked it, but it was sort of big to carry around. I found this smaller blanky size and it is something that my daughter can't sleep with out now. The only downside is that it doesn't keep its "softness" after washing multiple times even following the wash instructions. My daughter doesn't seem to mind that though. ... show more

My daughter is obsessed with these blankets. At our local store these are $45, so I thought this might be of lesser quality. It is the same one, but for half the price. For us it was important to air dry them to keep their softness, but after five years of heavy use her old one was looking a bit rough despite the care we took. The satin unravels after awhile and it just isn't as soft. But I chalk that up to being snuggled with daily and every single night. My son has other "lovies," but only seems to care about the Little Giraffe one. He won't sleep without it. This was a game changer in our household for sleep - once we started letting him have a lovie in the crib (around 6 months), he's better at self-soothing. These are expensive, but occasionally there are good deals. Get extras since you have to air dry them. He has the larger blankets as well, but the smaller lovie size is his favorite. ... show more

We have severely of this Little Giraffe Luxe “silky” blankets and we absolutely love them! My 3 yr old was given one for his “birth” day and he has taken it with him for many miles on the road and to sleep. He loved it so much that I bought another one right away so we would always have a back up!
