I do not recommend this product or the seller. Product arrived damaged and unusable. Seller sent the turf folded and it came with huge creases we could not get out. Of course it rained the first night we laid it out so we had to deal with packaging wet and heavy turf without a garage. Its been a total nightmare trying to return this damaged item - its going on day 10 of trying to get a refund. I paid almost $300 to be told I had to re turn this heavy item to Fed X myself. I'm an older lady and its too heavy to lift, and its too heavy/bulky for all the local drop boxes and drop off locations. I can't get fed X to come pick it up so I'm going to have to pay someone to load it and drive to an actual Fed X service location to return it. Total nightmare and the absolute worst purchase I've ever made on Amazon. Please don't buy this shoddy product and waste your time/money like I did. The seller will run you around and offer partial discounts/refunds and will still make you wait until they receive the defective item until you get your refund. They are a third party seller and, unlike a standard Amazon purchase, they don't use UPS and they don't care about wasting a customer's time. ... show more
