The packaging was great and with a pretty fast delivery. Shoe box was intact and opened it up and they were amazingly packaged each heel in its white bag. The way it was packaged, they honestly look like no one had tried them on or used them, so I wouldn't think they were returned. As I pulled them out of the white bags and removed the paper out of shoe I noticed one of the laces was torn. I still tried the shoe on, I couldn't wait to see how they looked on me. I loved them the instant i saw them on me. These heels are beautiful and i highly recommend you buy. They are true to size. I ordered a size 8 for reference. The only thing im still not sure about is the lace on that left heel. The lace came ripped so I'm not sure if I want to return the product or just stay with it and take the risk of it ripping apart on first wear or then after. 😩

Had these for over a year and let’s just say they are my go to’s! Throw a little gel pad on the heel part of it and you are strutting pretty in these! Very durable, super comfy, very stylish!

The shoe itself is really cute. I like that although it was a low heel, they were still cute and sophiscated my look. For comfortability I'd give it a 7/10. My feet kept sliding in the front of them and even woth the strap tied as tight as I can get them, they were kinda loose. But it was tolerable. This pair is the second I order because my first pair got lost in transit. For some reason prome don't seem like prime anymore. But I bought my usual size shoe.
