Had to get this(4.4mm version) for my fiio btr7 since fiio is a dingus on downgrading the 3.5mm port sound performance. But aye, this is pretty gooood. This made most of my cable pointless(Aria snow edition and ccz)feels smooth and just right compare to those 2 original cable! Great cable, would recommend if ya got some ugly cable or getting 4.4mm for the dingus fiio btr7!

Really like this cable, high quality and the sound is great. There was a problem though, which is why I dropped a star. I have a small mp3 player that I use in the gym, and the sound would occassionally POP and CRACKLE really loud. I thought there was a problem with the connector, because I had used my stock cable several times with no issues. After some testing and examination of the plug, I found the problem. (see pic) The last step in the plug is not insulated! If you look at the stock plug, you can see there is a white plastic ring at the base to insulate it. Not so on this new cable. Luckily I have some 3mm orings, and one fit perfectly and eliminated the problem. Note that this only happened in my mp3 player, and not when I used them on my computer. But it might happen to someone else. If it does, you just have to insulate that connection. (you could also pull the plug out a little bit so that part isn't touching.)

Needed a replacement cord for the Shure-SRH1540 headphones but the wires you connect to the headphones didn't fix so I had to make it fix with a little saw, pliers & a filer. The cable is kinda short so you may want a cable extension cord.

These things work great! Fit my monitors with ease and they look great. Only downside is they are a bit bulkier and heavier than normal cables. They can feel a bit different and may take some getting use to.

I got this to replace the stock cable for the KZ AS10 IEM's. While its not any longer, its noticeably thicker and more flexible...I am not sure if there is a noticeable sound difference, but overall its a better cable.

Great upgrade to stock cables in the looks department. I cannot speak to any audio gains, as I see so many others do. Absolutely cannot hear any difference between this cable and the stock for the 5 IEMs I have tested. I wouldn't put much faith in poetic descriptions of what these (or any other cable) do for the sound; it transmits a signal, no more and no less. Unless your stock cable is made of something that can't properly conduct electricity, you will hear no difference.
