Shopped for months for a nice low, mid-century style coffee table that would fit in my apartment, look good with my sofa, and be solid enough to hold up over the long haul--and fit my budget of ~$150. Looked at all the websites and considered so many. Finally chose this one and I'm so glad I did. It's solid wood, and still cost less than many of the MDF ones available. It was so easy to put together, my teenager did it quickly without any help. It's sturdy, and when my dogs get to running around wildly, they don't knock it out of place like they did with my previous one. It's functional. I’m surprised this table isn’t more popular, definitely the most value for your money at the $120 price point. Table is solid as a rock, legs look like solid wood and the top is a solid veneer (whether real or fake, it doesn’t really matter at this price point. Definitely is hard enough to not get marked up too easily.) My only complaint is the assembly, there are two dowel like pieces next to the bottom rack that use screws to attach to the table legs. With one screw on each side of a dowel you can obviously still spin the piece around once assembled, these pieces could’ve easily used pegs like the bottom rack does to attach, would’ve cut the assembly time in half. ... show more

I bought this as my living room coffee table and am very pleased! It wasn't difficult to put together, even for a single person. The one slight con was that the leg caps were missing, but I emailed the company and they sent me a replacement part within a week. I like the style of this, and although it's not the most top-quality wood, it does feel solid and sturdy. For the price, you really can't beat it! ... show more

They first sent me a table instead of a coffee table. When the coffee table arrived, after my return, one of the legs was mislabeled preventing me from putting it together. Instead of returning it again, I called Linon and they sent me a replacement leg. The whole process took a few weeks, which was inconvenient. However, once I received all the correct parts, it was easy to assemble. It's a sturdy real wood coffee table that looks nice. I received this item quickly and assembled it myself in about 45 minutes without issue. It is exactly the style I was looking for and is just beautiful. No scratches, cracks, or discoloring. I've had it for a couple of months now with zero complaints. Very sturdy. Highly recommend!

Likes: Easy to assemble, sturdy, good value, size fits space available, attractive style and color, holds tv and components. Challenge: Allen wrench supplied not up to securing table legs, needed friend with drill and Phillips head to finish.

    • Good from far, far from good.
Item was damaged on delivery, looked like it was repackaged. Very cheaply made, obvious for the price. I would not recommend, splash out another $100 - $200 and get something you will like.
