My son is a very tall lean 3 year old and we got the smallest size. Perfect fit. My gripe is the belt. Its far too large and the velcro seems to have been sewed on incorrectly (wrong side). This forces you to wrap it around almost half way and twist the belt do the Velcro faces the costume and can stick. Super odd. So yes the belt is defective. So you get a tunic and a hat that are great🙃 & a belt that can be worn but get creative!

We ordered this costume for my 9 year old son. He really liked it. We got him a Large because they were sold out of Medium. It was a little big, but not too bad. Unfortunately the photo was a bit deceiving. My younger son’s Breath of the Wild Link costume came with the bottoms and boot covers, this one did not, yet it cost the same. So, the bang for your buck factor wasn’t really there. I should have payed more attention to the description instead of assuming I would get what was pictured. The costume was great in the fact that it lasted through 2 trunk or treat fall festivals without tearing or any noticeable wear and tear, so the bang for your buck in that aspect was right on. OVERALL, great costume but you have to get your own pants and boots separately which wasn’t very convenient or as cost affective as I was hoping for.

My son was excited to be Link for Halloween and I thought I found the perfect Link costume for him - make sure to read the fine print, pants or boot covers do not come with the costume. The price only include the top, hat and belt - I felt a little ripped off. I spent several days before Halloween looking for pants or shoes that would work for the costume. The shirt and hat fit great, the belt was was to big and we had to pin it to make it fit my son. I would do more research on Link costumes before purchasing.

My son LOVES this costume. We bought it 2 months early for Halloween and it gets worn at least 4 days a week. It's decent quality, like most Halloween costumes, but anywhere that the Velcro can grab on the costume, it will. There's a few places where it's picked on the back because of this. My son wears a 5 and I purchased the 7-8, after reading some reviews, and I'm glad I did. The belt is annoyingly large and we've had to fold it and binder clip it to keep it on. The Velcro portion of the belt is also very picked but my son is happy with it and I'm sure it will make it for at least 2 more weeks for Halloween.

Son wears a size 10. Ordered size 14-16 and still was tight on him. Also not worth the money considering you only get the tunic, hat and belt. Material is a very cheap felt. Could’ve made it myself with better quality and no skill.

This is a great costume and priced very fairly! I struggled so much trying to find a good Link costume for my daughter and this HIT the bill perfectly! We also got a all-white thermal top and pants to pair with this to look like Link even more and it was great. The hat was super fun.

Got this for my son who is a small 8 yo. He typically wears size 7/8, very thin build. This just fits him. So its true to size. Hat fits as expected. The material is almost light felt and may be a little warm but my kiddo didn't mind wearing with an undershirt underneath. The tool belt is a bit loose but doesn't fall off. Overall not bad. Reminder...no shoe cover ups or pants included.
