Cons: It would greatly benefit from the arrow applicator that Maybelline has and while yes, it is smudge and transfer resistant, it does not last even half as long as Maybelline and is twice the price. The color in Limecrime's photos vs what color Shroom actually is are very different. It is a straight up dookie brown. No red at all.

Ordered 3 colors, I ordered red velvet some years ago and I loved it. still do. I decided to try some other colors. “Red rose” is definitely PINK not red. “Riot”doesn’t pack a punch on the thickness and feels a little thin. maybe if I added another layer but since it is a matte formula it starts to look cakey. doesn’t really impress me. Will be returning unfortunately. keeping the red velvet, formula does seem more watery than before but still good.

If you loved the gingerbread man lipstick then this is an absolutely perfect dupe for it and way better in my opinion. The burnt orange shade is stunning for the fall and winter time however gorgeous all year round. It has amazing pigmentation so it has that good coverage. It is very lightweight and a comfortable texture. I will definitely purchase this again and again and again. Please keep this shade around lime crime because it is an absolute must ans go to for me.

I've been a Lime Crime shopper for years, owned every single thing they made up until about 3 years ago. This color I received was not Beet It, which is more like a deep bright purplish red, looked more like it was actually Rustic, a red with a touch of terracotta, but it worked okay for my look today. Just a heads up that somehow it was labeled incorrectly.
