The side tie and helps create the perfect fit . I did wear a nude sticky bra because the entire thing is see through . It’s super thin but I absolutely loved it!

Idk what girl said she's 220lb and 5'8" with an xl... straight lies. Amazon said xl will fit you best. LIES. I'm a 14/16 and the XL will fit a 10 at best!! Gorgeous stitching. Beautiful. Great quality. WAY. TOO. SMALL.

This bodysuit is absolutely gorgeous, and fits like a dream - very soft, too! Not scratchy at all :) Based on other reviews and the fact that I’m petite (5’3), I think it’ll probably fit you best if you don’t have a long torso; you can adjust the shoulder straps, but they were almost as long as they could be for the bodysuit to fit me comfortably, and I have a shorter torso. It fits perfectly at the smallest part of my waist, which is great - super flattering!! AND it fits and supports the girls (I’m a 32DD). The flowers are darker than depicted in the photos, but the bodysuit is beautiful, comfortable, flattering, and well-made. I’m very happy, and will be ordering more colors :) UPDATE: My boyfriend, the complete opposite of a lingerie enthusiast, took one look at me in this and said, "I get it now," - and he's already gotten me another color. The 2X fits like a medium. I'm not sure who is in charge of the sizing chart but they are not accurate. I'm typically a Large to XL depending on material but I got a 2x in this and it wasn't even close to fitting.

This body suit is so flattering. I did laugh because my friend made fun that the floral looked like strawberries or Christmas lights. It doesn’t take away from this still being a beautiful piece. 10/10! I’m 140 lbs and 5’2” and got a medium and it was an excellent fit.
