This is a nice quality knit cardigan. It's a great piece for layering. The brown buttons are decent. Sometimes I prefer a black cardigan with buttons that are black and disappear into the line of the sweater. But sometimes a little pop of something is nice. This does make the cardigan look less sleek and more rustic so I would be more apt to wear this cardigan with jeans than with a sleek black dress. I normally wear a size 12. I got a size large and it fits well. Overall, this is a nice piece.

This cardigan is light but not too light and what I'd consider just right for fall. I really like the knit, since it's not just plain but rather almost like a basket weave (if that makes any sense?). The buttons nicely contrast giving it a bit more visual interest, too. I'd say it fits true to size except that it's shorter than I imagined it being based on the pictures. It falls around my belt and not below. That's not a bad thing, though, and I quite like giving it a small tuck into a pair of jeans for a more finished look. It's cute worn open, too, and it looks good with whatever outfit I add it to. This cardigan is a good basic piece for any wardrobe, I think.
