I live in upstate NY- cold winters I like my temp at 65 and sleep hot. At 2.6 lbs I still too feel warm during hot summer nights. So this one at 1.25 lbs/ 20 oz fill I believe will be perfect for the summer. I love sleeping under cozy down; It's my non-negotiable. My search was extensive. Believe me this is the one for me! If you want heavier I would go with the all season. There are many comforters on Amazon so take a look; I don't think you will top this one. I will be back to Eastwarmth for my new all season queen comforter. I could not be happier!

I got it for my elderly mom because she loves warm and light blanket/cover. We live in NC so it perfectly sufficient for our fall/winter/spring season for my mom to stay warm. It's so fluffy and light that my mom keeps saying that it feels like she is covered by clouds. This blanket is well made. We love the loops on all the corners and sides to secure the blanket to the duvet cover so it doesn't slide around inside of it. Until I purchased this blanket, I didn't even know that this loop and ties system was available before, because all the blankets and duvet covers that we have, never had this simple but genius system.

We are extremely happy with this down comforter. It's warm but not too warm. It's extremely light weight. No feathers have leaked out, and the cotton cover is soft and not noisy. The extra width is perfect for our king size bed.

Warm..but NOT 🔥. As a woman of a certain age, I try to be as comfortable as possible during relaxation and sleep. This blanket with its DOWN filling works out well for me, without being thick or heavy. I washed and dried it before first usage and that pretty color (as shown in the photo) remained true, which I like. I believe it is money well spent. It even came packed a reusable COTTON, zippered bag. I think I got a great deal for a great product.

This is a very nice well made blanket but for some reason it is heaver ( weight wise) than my winter weight down comforter. It is not too warm and all the squares look to have the same amount of down in each. I'm guessing the cotton fabric is just too heavy for a blanket. It is quiet ( some sound like your sleeping in a paper bag) it is soft. Not sure if it will be sent back as of yet. I'm going out to stores to see if I can find something I like better.

It's made of natural materials (cotton, and goose down), and is just the right weight for a toasty layer that doesn't feel heavy. The color is gorgeous, and the comforter has button loops in case I want to attach a duvet cover. I've already recommended it to friends and followers as an essential piece at a great price.

I searched high and low for the right duvet as I am not a fan of comforters. The main points that I was looking out for were: 1. DOWN - Down fill should be the higher percentage ratio to feathers otherwise the feathers start to shed and can be scratchy. 2. FLUFFY & LIGHT - Something that fluffed up enough but not too cozy as I live in South Texas which can get extremely hot. 3. WASHABLE - A duvet that I could wash in my machine. 4. COTTON - Natural fibers nothing synthetic. I was initially worried that this would be flat. After a few days it has fluffed up and oh my I am in comfort heaven. This duvet is absolutely light, so it's easy to make the bed and it doesn't feel too hot lying underneath it. I love the feature of the loops so that you can tie it to your duvet cover to save the cover shifting around. Yes I may not be able to use this in the summer months but right now its perfect for me, even my husband thinks its comfortable and he tends to get very hot at night. This is a little pricier than an alternative duvet but well worth the money you will not be disappointed and I highly recommend this product.
