This set of lightsabers were very impressive. I loved the range of color choices and realistic sound effects. It was also really cool that when you hit them together they make crashing sounds as if the sabers are really causing a reaction. It feels like the charge lasted a decent amount of time, they held up the entire time of our photoshoot. They photographed really well in dim lighting. I felt like the length was appropriate for an adult, unlike a lot of the dueling sets I browsed on Amazon. Overall, very cool lightsaber! I do wish I had not thrown away the instructions. Somehow it is possible to make the saber colors continuously fade into other colors, which while cool, I did not want happening during my photos. I had a hard time figuring out how to get it back to standard color mode and I'm pretty sure the instructions would have helped me out with this. Also, the sound can be turned off, but again I had a hard time getting it back on without the instructions so the message here is don't throw them away.

The lightsaber has an impressive design and looks fantastic right out of the box. The build quality feels sturdy and durable, which is great for play or display. Some of the sound and light features can be a bit tricky to figure out at first, as the controls aren’t completely intuitive. However, once set up, the lightsaber performs well and provides an exciting experience. Overall, it’s a high-quality item that my child really enjoys.

This lightsaber set is awesome! My son doesn’t play with toys often anymore so when he asked for these for Christmas I was excited. But I was blown away by the quality. They are durable, easy to operate, and have a really nice weight to them. Not like others that are cheap plastic. Charging is a breeze and so convenient! The amount of colors and the sound effects is just so cool. He loves how you can combine into one or keep as two separate sabers. He practices his “moves” like all day long lol. They love it so much we’re buying another set for his sister. It’s also a really nice addition to any adult’s collection or cosplay. 5 stars.

I like the Lightsaber and the fact that it is great quality. The handle is great quality metal, with a good quality metal button, which I like and is really nice. The blade is very strong plastic and will not break, thankfully. I fought my Dad with the Lightsaber and the lightsabers held up. It was really fun and they look really good at nighttime. It has really good LEDs because it’s very bright. I noticed there was a green, red, and blue LED in the handle. The connector got stuck on the Lightsaber and we couldn’t get off, but it took a many tries and we eventually did it. But when I first opened the package, plastic shavings from the plastic packaging came out because it was not the best quality. Also the instructions were really confusing. The “sound mode” stuff was confusing and I don’t know if it actually was on there. So, the lightsaber was good quality, but parts of the packaging came off and the instructions were confusing.

They’re pretty great for the price. Simple to use, great color options, and quite durable. Unfortunately the button is really easy to press while doing anything that needs your grip to adjust, so be prepared to change the color a lot accidentally.

These lightsabers are amazing! Perfect for Star Wars fans of all ages. They are fun for kids, durable enough for play, and have just about every feature a child or an adult collector/cosplayer might want. The package includes 2 handles and blades, a coupler to build a dual-blade staff, a two-tailed USB charging cable, and a wrench. Assembly is quite easy - just screw the blades into the handles. The wrench is for potential loosening of screws later, so tuck that away somewhere. Assembling the staff is done by screwing both handles into the coupler. I particularly like the charging cable since it allows for charging both sabers simultaneously but only requires one USB port. Operation is simple, but since the included manual only covers assembly and charging, it took a little trial and error to figure out all the features. To save others some time: Press the button to turn on, then single press to cycle through the 20 color options. The colors include one shade each of red, orange, yellow and white; 2 shades each of green and grey blue; and 4 shades each of blue, purple and pink. It is a nice variety of colors, though a couple of the shades are so similar they almost seem like repeats. Double tap the button to switch between light modes. In addition to the solid color mode, there is a flashing mode and gradient mode, each of which automatically cycles through the colors. This is the closest to the "rainbow" blade pictured. My 7 year old was a tiny bit disappointed there was no actual rainbow option. The light quality is perfect. The lighting and colors are bright and visible even in full daylight and absolutely stunning in the dark. Triple tap the button to turn the sound on and off. You can't directly change the sound effects, but there are different effects corresponding to each of the light modes, as well as impact sounds and vibrations when the blades strike something. There is no volume adjustment, but the level is fine. It's loud enough for those playing to hear, but not so loud as to be disruptive to others. As a parent, however, I am very glad there's a mute option! Finally, long press the button to turn off. There is also an auto shut-off after 30 minutes of idle time (no button pushes). We haven't had these long, but so far the charging time and life seems reasonable. I haven't figured out exact times, but it takes a few hours to fully charge from completely drained. My son likes to leave the blade constantly lit, but even with that, a full charge lasts a decent amount of time. I imagine if you turn them off when not actively in use a full charge would last quite a while. If the charge has been fully drained, the lightsaber comes on in the default configuration (solid red with sound on), but otherwise it has a memory function and comes back on however it was turned off. Bottom line, I would absolutely recommend these lightsabers. And when you consider that it is a 2 pack, the price is quite reasonable.
