So just came back from 3 week European trip and these bags were great (bought one for my husband and I) and used as carry-ons. First they are the right size as required by European airlines (Lufsthana) and since they were so light we could meet the weight requirements, too. The wheels easily went over cobblestone streets walking to our apartment and in very heavy rain kept everything inside dry. They really thought of everything with this bag to TSA locks, side pockets (meant for cups but fit our mini-umbrellas), to nice luggage covers as I put my bags away ready for the next trip. Very light and well made. Wheels are very smooth rolling. Zippers work easily. It does not have a bottom grip or side handle so I returned it because I would have trouble lifting it in to an overhead bin.

I bought this for a recent trip overseas. I was looking for something lightweight and that opened from the top to save space in hotel rooms. I also like the outside zip pockets for a light jacket or umbrella. It double wheels make it roll very, very easily on a tile, carpet and rough sidewalks. I’m 5’10” and the adjustable handle worked great. It is an exceptional carry-on but I didn’t want to check it as the material seems thin, almost papery. Unfortunately, I was asked to check it because the plane was full and they didn’t have a lot of space in the overheads. It came through the luggage carousel in good condition. I received the carry-on luggage today. Weigh scale shows actual weight of 4.3 lbs (see photos) but listing says 3.93lbs. Measures 21x13x7.5. The 21in height includes wheels and top handle. Actual length of bag is 18 inches. Color is darker blue than the listing photo. Wheels seem stable but the pull-handle is kind of thin. I cannot comment on durability yet as I have not used it. ... show more

This is a fantastic little suitcase! Five stars for design! I did return it though because it’s not something that I can use for a variety of trips. Why I love it… Thoughtful design and construction. Beautiful color. Incredibly lightweight. Very sturdy for how lightweight it is. Quality materials. Well made. Fits a lot of stuff for its size. Why I’m returning it…It really is for very short trips in the summer, for when you don’t need to pack any heavy stuff, because it doesn’t have the room and doesn’t maneuver well with heavy stuff in it. Doesn’t roll well on anything but smooth surface. Zippers are a bit sticky around the corners so you need to go slow and be careful. I’d keep it if I had the extra hundred bucks to have an extra adorable suitcase for those frequent two or three day trips when all I needed were sandals and a few light pieces of clothing. I just received this today and am packing it for the weekend. I will also be heading back to the Caribbean on the 28th where I will use it and it will be packed heavier. I love the light weight and now that I understand how to unlock it, Lol, I am happy. After using it if anything changes, I will update my review. I also love the extra bag they sent.
