My daughter has a two car garage and needed a working surface for repair and maintenance tasks. I was planning on building one then came across this product online. I had a Lifetime folding table and have been happy with it but wasn't sure this was going to be as sturdy as I wanted. It is. The installation was a project but the fact they have a QR code to videos for every section was incredibly helpful. I did it myself for all the sections except hanging it against the wall as one of the final steps. If you aren't strong with long arms, then definitely have a friend help hold the steel pieces while you put it together. Pay attention to the details. To install you will need a drill, a screw driver or impact drill, a level and a wrench. Again, it's a medium level project. The finish product works really well. The spring hinge makes it easy for any person to open and close. The metal peg board is strong and works great. The depth for tools is excellent as you could put a drill and battery if you wanted without any issue. The board surface is as nice as a kitchen table but sturdy and impressive. The only thing you will likely add is more peg accessories for your tools and a light. ... show more

I have a small garage but needed a bench to work on, and this solved that issue. The table and storage are very sturdy. I was able to fully assemble and hang it by myself, but would probably recommend a second person to help hang it on the wall. The paper instructions weren't great but the company has video instructions on YouTube that made it very easy to follow. It takes several hours from start to finish but I truly think anyone can do it if they follow the videos one step at a time. The folding mechanism is very smooth and it feels secure when it's up or down. I would buy this again. ... show more

Table is nice quality. Pretty easy to assemble. Everything was packed nicely. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. It’s nice that you can adjust the mount to your desired height. I decided to make this a table designated for gun maintenance so all the accessories come in handy.

    • Works as advertised. Can store a lot of tools in it and still close it up.

I am not a DYI guy, so if I can do it you can. I had a specific spot picked out for it, but was not sure whether to use 2 or 3 studs. Before I even bought it, I read through the assembly instructions and called their support line. Very nice and helpful. Instructions said it would take 2 people to assemble and install. I was able to assemble myself, but it is very heavy and needed help putting it up on the wall. Because of the weight, I changed my plan and went with 3 studs. In shipping, one of the nuts and bolts parts packages broke apart and was scattered throughout the package and some were missing because one of the package flaps was loose. Again support was very helpful and sent me out a replacement package right away. I am very pleased with the way this turned out. ... show more

First, it’s a pretty solid desk; lifetime is pretty consistent in making sturdy products and this one is no exception. But I foolishly expected it to arrive somewhat assembled; not saying I expected a single piece, but really when you look at it, ot easily could’ve been designed to require less parts to assemble. I’m no slouch when it comes to assembly, I’ve assembled their large sheds, DIYd from scratch large structures (pergolas, sheds, greenhouses), etc, and this one was, while not overly challenging, fairly time consuming. The instructions are written in coherent English, but they gloss over parts and then spend several diagrams on basic “duh” kinds of things. The part that annoys me about these types of assembly is they aren’t overly clear when a part needs to overlap in front of or behind another piece, and black and white diagrams really make it hard to tell. So I did have to disassemble and reassemble parts. The leg length adjustment and the springs I think could’ve also been better designed, and they have a major missed opportunity to not sell tons of acccessories for an item like this. But when all is said and done, it looks good, it’s pretty solid, and easy to use. ... show more

This is an awesome table to have in your garage especially if you don't have a lot of space. It's like a Murphy bed, just fold it up when you're not using it. I'm surprised by the high quality because when buying this kind of stuff on Amazon, well, you get used to expecting lesser quality materials. Not this though! Super solid and heavy. I was able to install it on my own but two people is definitely recommended. Don't be a hero! But once it was on the wall it's super smooth action bringing the table down and up. Definitely need a light fixture now though. ... show more
