I was searching for a new pair of silver sandals, saw these and liked the style. Already enjoying a positive track record with Lifestride products, I ordered my normal size - 8 regular. However, after reading multiple conflicting reviews about sizing, I decided to also order an 8 WIDE to see which pair fit the best. (I don't normally order WIDE shoes, but I didn't want to be delayed in finding the RIGHT pair.) After trying on both pair, I decided to keep the regular size 8. To be sure, I wore the regular sandals several hours. They were just as comfortable in the beginning as they were when I took them off later. I found the size 8 regular a true fit for me with enough room in the front, back, and width to feel secure and comfortable wearing them. (The wide pair felt a little looser and less secure, so I returned them.)

The color of this sandal is a darker navy, which was perfect for me. It is an exact size 9. If you toggle between 9/9.5 you may want to consider the 9.5. This is not for a wide foot. Great wedge heel with low height but still dressy. Comfortable!
