So-So

I purchased these shoes back in March. I gave it 4 Stars because they are comfortable. I really just started wearing them because of the weather change. I got them in an 11W. Now the width of the shoe is actually on the back area and not in the toe area. The toe area in the shoe is snugged. When I walk the side opens up a lot. But the shoe is comfortable as far as the arch and cushion. Now today three months after I purchased them and probably have been wearing them for at least a month now. The glue has come off the front of the shoe making the sole come apart from the shoe. So it’s a So-So purchase for me. ... show more

Comfy and long-lasting flats

I wear these shoes constantly and are some of my favs!! They fit perfectly, the insoles are soft and have cushioning, and they are just great flats overall. I’ve had them for quite some time, and they are quite durable and basically mold to my large arch providing arch support where needed.

Wide width not true to size

The quality is really good, length sized correctly, but its narrow for wide fit. They left deep impression on side of big toe after wearing just couple hours. This is first lifestride in prob 10 years that didnt fit as described. Hope this doesnt become a common issue. I retured due to sizing.

Cute, comfy; no pinching or heel rubbing

I've decided I'm over wearing high-heeled shoes to dressy events when I know I'm going to be on my feet a lot, so I needed a cute pair of black flats to wear instead. I wanted something simple enough to go with a variety of dresses, but which had enough nice detailing on their own that they still looked like they belonged with an outfit for a nice event. I was also looking for something that would have at least some arch support, because the black flats I'd been wearing with dresses before had almost zero support so my feet and legs ached for days after even a short night of wearing those old shoes. These flats cost a little more than the others I was looking at, and I'm on a pretty tight budget right now, but I figured if they worked out I would end up wearing them every time I wore a nice outfit that would otherwise go with heels, so it would be worth it. I read the reviews, bit the bullet, and ordered the shoes. The first time I wore them was for an event that began in the afternoon and went very late into the evening, and included a lot of walking, dancing, and hours of standing around. They turned out to have a good amount of cushion and support for all of that, and all without any annoying bits like pinching my toes, or rubbing against my heel, or anything like that. I'd say if you need a pair of somewhat dressy flats, and can get away with moderate arch support, these are definitely worth trying out. They are no match for an orthopedic shoe if that's what you really need, but they are so far beyond a conventional, no support flat, that if you are used to flats that are like wearing enclosed flip flops, the contrast here is going to be amazing. Your feet will feel downright pampered by upgrading from a regular flat to these. ... show more

Torture
Size: 6.5 Wide Color: Tan
I put these shoes on when they came out of the box and they felt like heaven. The size seemed perfect and there was cushy support. I thought I would wear these at work all day and feel like I was walking on clouds. I am a teacher and I was so wrong. I wore them to work a week later and as I was walking from the parking lot to the school I felt so much pain digging into my ankle that I was sure I had forgotten to remove some form of plastic protector or something. When I got to my classroom, I took them off and saw a raw red line on the back of both ankles and to my surprise nothing was in the shoe, it was the shoe that was cutting me raw. I had an 8 hour day on my feet ahead of me so I went to the nurse, asked for some band-aids and lived through the pain because they were of little help. It is a week later and I still have the scabs. I have never had this happen before. I mean I have had shoes rub but this felt like a knife was slicing through my ankle! Maybe it is because I have thick ankles but I only weigh 113lbs. Lovely Shoe but sizing not good for me

I loved these shoes. The black is sharp. There is a wonderful cushion, great arch support & a nice sole. Unfortunately I’m a size 11. I initially purchased a size 11 & it was too big so I purchased a size 10 & they were too tight. I clearly needed a 10-1/2 but unfortunately that size wasn’t offered. It’s a shame because this is a quality shoe I foresee lasting. I’ll move on to hopefully find another pair similar to these. Prompt customer service on the return process. I do recommend but be aware of the sizing. I hope you strike luck with your size :) ... show more
