I ordered this mirror for my small home gym and was excited when it first arrived. Unfortunately, when I opened the box, the mirror was cracked. Immediately, I put in a request for a replacement through Amazon and they provided a return label. I later realized the return label was unpaid and I'd be responsible for the shipping cost. I then contacted the seller and Linda, replied within 24 hours. She informed me not to return the broken mirror and instead requested pictures to put in a claim with the shipper, and also offered a replacement or refund. I opted for a replacement and throughout our correspondence, somehow Amazon cancelled my replacement request which was a bit frustrating because they couldn't provide an explanation. Linda provided great customer service and was very prompt in resolving the issue. Within a week of all this, Linda arranged for the replacement to be shipped which took a few more days to arrive. I received a new mirror undamaged. I like that I can hang the mirror or use the stand option for when I want to change the location depending on my workouts. It feels sturdy and I don't have concerns it will fall over easily when using the stand...and it's a nice look in the room. I'd recommend this mirror and buying from this seller. You get quality and great customer service.

I was so excited to get my mirror, unfortunately it was broken somewhere during shipping… even though the mirror was shattered it was a good quality mirror and thick. I reached out to the seller and they were so understanding and helpful they didn’t even make me ship the broken one back which I was worried about because of the size it would have been a real hassle.
