They really aren't bad boots but they aren't wide enough. I ended up having to buy shoe stretchers to get them wide enough. I also had to buy those rubber heel massager things because the base of the boot isn't very comfortable. After those 2 tweaks, they aren't bad. Great price on a great boot

Saw this boot in a local store for $119 and paid MUCH less for it here. It's a great boot -- comfortable and well made. I already have a matching pair in brown so got them in black this time. Really happy with them. Life Stride makes great shoes.

It's always a gamble to buy footwear online, but there are few brick and mortar stores in my area. My calves measure 17", and these boots fit snugly with no gap. I like that. I have only worn them once, but the zipper bends in above my ankle and painfully rubs my leg. I stretched and pulled that area of the boot which helped. I hope with more work to fix that problem. Narrow boot with zipper issue
Size: 9.5 Wide Color: Black
I originally ordered a 9.5 wide, but the boot fit like a regular width 9.5 and slightly small for the size. I also noticed that the zipper does not lay flat at the ankle and the bend creates a rubbing point on the inside of the leg. May have been due to the size, so I took a chance and attempted an exchange for a size 10. Well turns out the exchange pair would have taken more than a month to arrive, so I cancelled the order. Probably for the best. As to the calf width, in case anyone is wondering, the 9.5 wide pair fit my calf closely. My calf measurement at the widest point is 15" ... show more

Half size up - Cute shoe

Originally ordered these in size 8, my regular size. Show fit tight in the toe area and rubbed on my ankle. Saw they had in 8W- ordered those and they were just a smidge to tight. Returned and gave up. Saw them on sale and tried one more time with the 8.5W and it’s perfect. So glad I did! Comfortable to walk in not great arch support but with the half size up I could grab an insert. Definitely buy if looking for an I exspensive knock around boot for running errands. ... show more
