A quick and easy soap base. Thought it looked a little odd and bubbly at first in container but obviously first impressions aren't everything. Worked like any other soap base I have used. I tend to usually go for organic and vegan bases so I am not sure what this is but Im guessing its probably not either. I don't do cold process due to living in a small apartment with two cats so Id rather not risk it but for now this is a fun alternative to the more complex stuff. Anyway it filmed over pretty quick but that was easy to deal with. Layering sticky together seemed tricky but thats probably my fault with all the mica I added between. But yep. For a quick fun test go its a good choice. Save the good stuff for when you perfect a design. In the meantime get this when its cheap. I managed to score it for under $5 a container. Not sure if they messed up or prices change often but keep an eye out for a deal lol.

This actually seemed like good soap base. This is the first time I have purchased/used soap base, but it was exactly what I was expecting. It melted well, didn’t harden too fast, and hardened exactly how it was supposed to. It doesn’t lather as well as regular soap, but it lathers a little bit. However, it does leave a filmy feel on your hands after you use it. My biggest complaint is that it does not smell very good at all, and even after using a lot of essential oil, it was hard to get it to smell good. It also came damaged. The package was cracked, and the soap base looked like it had been melted previously. It was still useable, though, so I used it.

I gave this melt and pour soap 3 Stars, because it hardened quicker than I expected after heating it in the microwave, and it wasn't clear, per the picture. I thought I was ordering. I will probably order it again, but not right now. I want the clear, base. Where I can actually see the dried flowers petals inside the soap. Once I add them, versus on the top. Thanks for the experience.

Very low sudsing, but lasts long. The clear Glycerin soap I had been using suds much more. I use it as is, no color or perfume. Turn it on it's side and cut funny shaped bars out with knife. It has a lot of funny chemicals in ingredients, but so far no skin irritation.

Absolutely perfect! This soap melts so easily. I added lavender, color & essential oils and they are the perfect gifts! I tried the other block kind that didn’t have the indentations to help cut. And it melted the same but the indentations made it so much easier to cut. Get this kind!!!!!

Price on this fluctuates so much it's a little crazy. I don't usually buy soap base on Amazon, but this is a great price and I was in time crunch. The soap itself is great quality as well. Now that I come back to purchase, the price has doubled. Haha thanks.

Ok this soap lasts a LONG time, and it easier off clean (there's no weird residue). This was my 1st time and I had fun making the soap. I noticed that the price has gone down more so it's a good value. Try it.
