Guess what? I have never given a bad review so far. Before when I bought some lingeries were not good as the product described, I won't return them because I just threw away. However, this time this hoverboard is not cheap, so I can't be silent. First, when I got the package yesterday, it was broken. Second, the battery, I charged the whole night, but the next day after playing the hoverboard for 15 mins, the battery just dies. Do you know how disappointed and how frustrated I was? Update: good customer service, full refund from company. I would not recommend this product. After one month it is a paperweight.
