I have a 4 year old that loves this thing. It took him a bit because it wasn't balanced out when it arrived and needed to be calibrated to be flat. Once that was done, he hasn't gotten off it.     • Dead battery and poor customer service
Purchased this board for a Christmas gift for our daughter, but the battery wouldn’t charge straight out of the box. I purchased the product several months before the holiday so by the time it was opened, the 3rd party seller was no longer honoring the warranty and refused to exchange the item. This led me to Amazon support which was a multi-hour investment on my end to eventually get nowhere other than the seller finally agreeing to accept a return, but by this point I had already bought a new battery so my daughter could enjoy her gift. Lesson learned… test the product upon arrival so you can complete a return if needed! ... show more

Purchased for my 8 year old grandson on Christmas. You might as well thrown away all other gifts he received as all he cared about or played with was this Hoverboard. I got these for my kids and they were a hit! We were concerned about the battery in one of them because it kept dying way faster than the other. We later realized all the adults were playing with the fast dying one and the heavy you are the more battery power it uses to move you.
