We got this one for my daughter’s bday last month and it has been used even inside on rainy days, very easy to use for her and her younger sister, they wish the battery will last longer (it doesn’t last 1.5 hrs). She loved the colour is more on the teal side than actual green.

    • Junk that only lasted a few hours
This hoverboard was fun for less than a day, although the charge lasted only 5-10 minutes. Day two had my son crying from disappointment because somehow the controls seemed to reverse: when he told it to go forward, it went back, etc. He is an experienced hoverboard user, so this was not operator error. I told him to stop using it because he kept falling and it was unsafe. The instructions are useless and had nothing about troubleshooting. I tried to initiate a return, and instead of a regular Amazon return, I'm told I need to ship it to Kyle (no last name) in Canada. This board was junk to begin with, and I don't have high hopes of actually getting a refund. My son is heartbroken, and I'm not happy with the product or the return process. I will update if by some miracle I get a refund. After reading other reviews, I'm not feeling too hopeful. Run away from this seller! Do more homework then I did and purchase a higher quality hoverboard from a reputable business. ... show more

Update: good customer service, full refund from company. I would not recommend this product. After one month it is a paperweight.
