I’m 6 months pregnant approx. 5’5 and 200 lbs. The XL fits me nicely. My thighs are larger and muscular and these still give me some room without being too clingy. I would say that these are not going to be a fit for all women who are thicker on the bottom. If my thighs were much bigger, I don’t know how comfortable they’d be because I like my clothes to have a looser fit. I wore one pair for a walk and stayed cool on a very hot day. I plan to use these shorts at the beach and I don’t know if some of the colors will be see through when swimming, as they are unlined with no sewn in pants and the material is lightweight, but it’s not really an issue as I’ll wear swim bottoms underneath the shorts. Just a heads up if anyone was expecting underwear to be sewn in, as they are in some athletic shorts. Also I LOVE the zippered mesh pockets. It’s exactly what I wanted for my beach trip and plan to put an id in there. I looked at other big box retailers before buying these and this was the best deal for the quality. I read all the reviews to try to figure out the right size. I'm 5'9", and 180 lbs. The large fit just right and are very soft and comfortable. They will be perfect for camping days, lounging at home or running errands. My daughter is 5'6" and 175 lbs and she thought they fit her great too, so I ordered her a set as well. For me I wish they were an inch or two longer, but they still cover plenty and you can't beat the price or the comfort. I got these shorts since I’m newly pregnant and wanted something stretchy. The price was great. They’re not too short and not too long. I got the set with darker colors. They are thin polyester so underwear lines do show with the lighter colors but not the darker ones so keep that in mind. Underwear color does not show through. The waistband is super stretchy so I anticipate these to fit for at least the first half of this pregnancy. I was hesitant to get xs vs s but glad I got the xs. I am 5’6” and 120 lb. The space around the legs is perfect, not too open or flowy. I do have chicken legs though so if you have thicker thighs the xs will be like bike shorts. ... show more

These shorts are lightweight and comfy. I love the thick waistband. Great for those of us with a bit of a tummy. If you’re between sizes, size down. I am 5’6 and 169lbs. I bought a medium and they fit perfect. The pockets are kinda small. My iPhone 13pro max fits, but partially sticks out. I can’t zip the pocket up with my phone in there. I struggle so much to wear shorts. Everything is too short, rides up, makes your thighs rub, too tight, whatever. I ordered a large in these shorts and they are so comfortable. Sit easily on your stomach, long enough to prevent chub rub, they have little pockets, and you get freaking 5 colors people!! 10/10 happy with it! For reference I am 5’6 and 165 lbs. If you like your clothes tighter then a medium would fit fine, which is what I originally ordered. I just exchanged for a large because I don’t like things fitting tightly ... show more

I wear shorts every day, but after breaking my leg and not being able to wear anything else and not being able to do my own laundry, I needed more. This was the perfect set up. Five pair of shorts for $40 is not a bad deal. The quality is good, meaning they aren't see-through. The pockets aren't all that deep, which is fine with me, but if you're looking for something to haul your phone in, these will not work. They're light, airy, and fit well. Just received these and I will be buying more. They are very soft and so comfortable. I am 5’1 and 165lbs. I have bigger thighs so I order an XL because I didn’t want them tight around my thighs and they are the perfect length. I love that the pockets zip so items won’t fall out. These shorts fit good, a little on the large size. I could have gone with large instead of extra large. I’m going to keep these because they work well while exercising.
