    • Great screens, but truly terrible stands, you *must* use a VESA mount monitor stand
These monitors look great and a good price point for the build quality of the monitor itself, but you should know that the stand is useless and you need to buy a VESA mount stand day 1. LG clearly expects customers to install these on monitor arms with the VESA mount and never use the stands in the box at all. The stand they include are NOT adjustable at all in height or tilt. The monitors lean forward a significant amount and are *extremely* low. I can't imagine the geometry of the desk that these monitors would work on. I would need a 8-10" riser to make the viewing angle workable and the fact that they lean means that you have a massive triangle of space between the screens if they aren't aligned exactly like a flat plane, which is very annoying for a dual monitor set up (which they are targeting with these beautiful thin bezels!) BUT if you accept that you need a monitor mount or were planning to use one anyway, this is a great buy. The screens are good quality, the stands are made to be trash. ... show more

    • Good monitor. Terrible stand
This monitor is fine, images are clear, pretty happy with it. The stand, though, is atrocious. Itโ€™s a piece of garbage that can barely support the weight of the monitor. As a result, the monitor leans forward about 10 degrees. I had to put something under the screen to prop it up so it wasnโ€™t angled down. Pretty pathetic considering the price of this monitor. Also the setup screen likes to pop up at random times. Hopefully Iโ€™ll figure out how to stop that soon. ... show more

    • Decent monitor for Mac Mini but wonky
First, this monitor has an excellent appearance. It's sharp. The blacks are black. The reds are red. And it's easily viewable. I use it with my Mac Mini (M2). The controls, which are located at the base of the monitor, are wonky. Workable, but not all that intuitive. Though I couldn't care less about the speaker, the buyer should beware that this monitor is right up there with the AC Delco A.M. radio in my first car -- a 1973 Datsun station wagon. Bought 6 for my setup. Got great price on sale! Be aware..the bezel is the thinnest I could find for 4 sides.. however, just like your phone (look close) there is a small black dead zone top and bottom (thicker) and thinner on sides. Even with that, beats all others. Not sure why they wouldn't make this in 27" or 32"... ... show more

Works great as a monitor to use with my work laptop. The picture is good for what I use it for (and much better than the older flatscreen TV I had been using). The stand that it comes with is a little flimsy feeling but does the job. Also as others have mentioned there is a light that flashes when the monitor is asleep. ... show more

    • Exactly what I needed wfh
I bought this because I am a graphic designer who has been designing large scale projects (8 feet banners, magazines, etc) on an 11" macbook pro screen for years. I finally decided it was time to add a second screen and I landed on this one. Being a designer, I was looking for a monitor with a good color profile. This monitor is perfect. It is a little bit wobbly but I noticed that there are a lot of monitor stands sold on here separately that you could easily buy and mount using the 75 mesa mount on the back. Overall, this was easy to set up, worked right out of the box, color looks great (the screen is EXTRA bright in my opinion maybe a little too bright even turned all the way down but maybe this is a good problem?), and I am ultimately excited to use this for work. ... show more

    • A good start. Itโ€™s ok.
Hypothesis: If this could match at least the Samsung Odysee G5 it would be worth it because it has a better look than the G5 but the image was poor in color. Maybe adding a display port attachment instead might help it's look. What we all need is minimum 500 nits and deep contrast without losing visibility. The good: -The overall design build is beautiful and makes for a great match with the MacBook look. No complaints. -Price is good but given what youโ€™re getting just spend an extra hundred and get a half decent result. The bad: No matter what I did the colors were kind of flat. In general not bright enough and what I mean by that is mostly related to contrast. Turn up the brightness too high and everything looks washed out. Also the image looked smudged of blurry a lot in general either too sharp or not at all. Still itโ€™s better than nothing. In general budget AV displays are going to have poor quality. If this company found a way to make displays that feel and look like the iMac computers even from 2013 it would sell like hotcakes. ... show more
