I am not certain if it’s because the box was damaged or if it was because the monitor was defective, but the display would flicker about once an hour. I would be in the middle of a conference call and it was turn off and then on again. Sometimes the monitor would not turn back on after going to sleep. I had to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to turn on again. I did some research and some other people have experienced similar issues with this model.
