I saw a video about this monitor being available for $70 on black Friday pricing. By the time I got around to buying it, it was $85. I bought two of them, and I'm very happy, but there's some caveats I think you should know. This monitor does exactly what it says on the tin... and no more. It has one HDMI and one VGA input (why?) and that's it. It takes in audio via HDMI and has a headphone out jack, and even has volume control on the control nub, but no speakers. It takes 19v power from a barrel jack, but you can swap that for a 20v supply from a USB-C brick with the right adapter (you want the 6.0x4.4mm barrel). The HDR is rubbish, the VRR works fine. The picture quality is plenty good but not remarkable. The settings are pretty minimal and sane out of the box, you'll tweak one or two of them and then never touch them again. The stand is a joke. Of the two of these I bought, one of them was missing the 2 required screws to mount the display to the stand. Fortunately, it has a 100x100mm vesa mount on the back, though it doesn't come with screws for that either. I put mine on monitor arms, and threw out the stands. Basically, if you need a 24" 1080p 120Hz display, and nothing else, of good quality, for as cheap as possible, this is it. For everything else, you'll have to pay more. ... show more

Great price for a second monitor. Bought this as a second monitor mostly for discord and YouTube while doing other stuff on my main. With a 120hz and a IPS panel it’s the best bang for the buck. No speakers, no extras. The stand is basic but not a problem for me since I use a VESA mount. 10/10 would buy again. ... show more

Excellent monitor for my home office and internet needs. LG support had the LFSwitch software available for download and it has all of the settings to adjust brightness, sharpness, and contrast to make the screen what you want. Unfortunately, when I went to turn on my computer on the third day, the monitor did not turn on. I tried holding down the power switch, checked that all connections were tight, and still, it would not turn on. I then re-attached my old monitor that I wanted to upgrade from and immediately had a screen, so I knew that it was not my graphics card that died, but the LG monitor did. I returned it yesterday and replaced it with a Samsung Monitor in the same price range and the screen clarity and brightness were much better and the screen edges on both sides were not a little dull like they were on the LG (when it was working). Bottom line, Samsung is a much better monitor for the money and maybe that is why all 6 of my TV sets are Samsung!! ... show more
