I buy a lot of things from Amazon, but don't write many reviews, nor even bother to rate most items, unless they really stand out either positive or negative. So that should tell you something. I am making a positive exception in this case because I am so blown away with what I got for the bargain price I spent. I've only had the case installed for one day, so I won't be in a position to speak authoritatively about ''durability" until I've dropped it on concrete a half dozen times and likely owned it for a year. That said, this was bought to replace a 2x as expensive "Spigen"-brand case which was built like a tank and, similarly, and had a similar back of the case "kickstand" for propping it up on a desk. The Spigen might provide a little better fall protection in the front, in an unusual fall angle, since it has ridges which extend further over the front edges of the phone. But, other than that, this appears to be of similarly strong construction, and it fits snug. I figured I was overdue for a cosmetic replacement and -- in addition -- the underlying front face glass protector for my old case was broken in many areas, from many falls. Going from memory, I think I spent about $15 for the prior case, plus I independently spent about $10 for a pack of 3 front-face glass protectors. So $25 vs. $8? What should I get? Well I loved my old case and might well have just bought the same case, same color again...only I didn't see it listed for sale. And I also needed a new front glass protector. My eyes kept getting drawn to a picture of this bright red case for about $8. The red color might help me find it better when I misplaced it. I read more and noticed the case didn't just remind me of my older case in design, it also included a kickstand. And -- and this part I found hard to believe -- INCLUDED TWO GLASS PROTECTOR SHEETS I would otherwise have to buy independently, anyway. A few of the one-star reviews (I always read one-star reviews first) for this case implied it wasn't, maybe, super well-built. But at the end of the day I decided to give it a try because it included the free front face glass protectors and I couldn't find anything near the price that seemed better. I figured: "I buy the two glass screen protectors and get the case free?" With that In mind I went for it. Long story short: This is a wonderful deal -- especially if you don't already have spare front-glass protector sheets lying around. If you like the photo, I can say the case is even better... I'm very glad I got it. And I am pleased to take the time to recommend it -- and kudos to the manufacturer (I like seeing good products in a world where, increasingly, many businesses overpromise and under deliver. It appears to be a very well-built case, which should supply better than normal protection, and an incredible value to boot. I hope my review sells a lot of extra cases for this company and makes a difference for skeptical shoppers. ... show more

Perfect. Does what it says is going to do. A nice stand for holding phone in landscape position for viewing videos / FaceTime, and holding it at an angle so that it’s not completely flat on the table when in portrait position. I have a privacy screen on my phone and I like to keep the brightness down. When my phone is flat on the table it can be difficult to see the notifications bc of this but the case holds it up just enough that I can see notifications without letting go of my food ;-) ... show more

I love the design with back flip-up finger holder and stand. Very classy looking but the red wears off on the edges pretty fast revealing white underneath. The red exterior of the case has separated from the hard rubber on the top edge. Going to try to glue it. I would recommend but don’t expect durability that Speck cases have. ... show more
