This is a nice size and weight. It doesn't take up a lot of space and of course very portable. It uses 6 AA batteries or you can connect a USB. You can play chords. This is our second one of this piano and we LOVE it. It’s just such a well designed, great sounding mini keyboard. We had gotten it for my infant who loved to hit the keys for play time and when he chilled in his high chair. He ended up knocking it off enough it finally broke but it took many a beating before that happened. I got this handy little keyboard so I can work out chords and other amateur composition projects, so I keep it by my computer. For this purpose I love that it can play as many notes at one time as I have fingers! Especially since the keys are on the small side I can easily reach more than an octave. I do not understand why the manufacturer cannot include some sort of slide or dial for volume; every time you turn it on if you do not want it blaring at you you have to select the volume key and then repeatedly push the - key to lower the volume. The media could not be loaded. Worked for 30 days and now won't turn on. Exactly when the return window passed, it broke. Piece of junk and a waste of money.     • Buyer beware: Cable doesn't work

Came with a USB cable that performs zero function at all. You have to use six batteries with it for it to work. I'll have to hunt down a 9v cable to get it working with a cable. Very annoying.
