This is our second one of this piano and we LOVE it. It’s just such a well designed, great sounding mini keyboard. We had gotten it for my infant who loved to hit the keys for play time and when he chilled in his high chair. He ended up knocking it off enough it finally broke but it took many a beating before that happened. It sounds wonderful and has many good instrument tracks. Similar key size, feel, and range as melodicas which could be an interesting transition. The speakers are higher quality than a $100 61 key digital piano I bought. A fun, portable instrument. You could even take it camping and power with a USB battery pack. For this price, I couldn't be happier. The keys feel amazing, and are truly progressively weighted. My one gripe with this keyboard is the sound of the piano. The speakers are fine, and play sound from my computer through midi cable great, but the sound of the included grand piano is laughable. It's grainy, and sounds like it came right of a 2010 android. Very good choice for beginners who aren't gonna be playing this in public tho. ... show more

I bought this to replace a returned Midi keyboard that I couldn't figure out. I'm a longtime bass player that wanted a simple keyboard that I could access while I practice. I sing in an acapella chorus and I wanted a smaller, more portable keyboard to use for practicing and learning music. I often need to play a few notes or measures and this is a perfect tool. This is a nice size and weight. It doesn't take up a lot of space and of course very portable. It uses 6 AA batteries or you can connect a USB. You can play chords. The keys have a nice weight and feel to them for its size. It has a lot of variety of tones and rhythms including keyboard percussion instruments and a metronome. I mainly use the piano #1 tone. Kids will be SUPER annoying with noisy toys! This keyboard is perfect for little ones because the volume is adjustable. The lowest setting is very quite! ALSO has a headphone jack which I didn't know when I bought it!

Got this as a Christmas gift and my 6 year old was so excited. After hours of trying every brand of battery and every plug in the house we accepted defeat. Needless to say, he was devastated and I quickly ordered a new one from a completely different company.
