Very nice Sofa and swivel reclining chairs. The polished Microfiber is an exceptional faux leather. It is soft for a faux leather, but does not scratch when my dog jumps on it. Any dog hair easily dusts off. Wall hugger reclining was what we needed as the back of the sofa goes against a railing. I have it about three inches from the back of the railing and it fully reclines without touching the railing. The chairs are not wall huggers, but I don't have them against a wall so they are great! The color is a little darker and richer looking than the Amazon photos make it appear, which was a concern of mine. Very happy with the actual color. Comfortable, nice and firm but soft all the same. Comfortable to sit in. A little stiff to recline and sit up, but it is becoming easier the more we use the mechanism. The fold down table is great, and the usb/plug in station is a nice addition. Packaging was exceptional. Delivered to my door. Quiet heavy, we had to take up stairs which was easy as the box was compact, although heavy. I have not made such a large purchase before on Amazon and was a little nervous. I had no reason to be. Everything worked out great and we got the sofa and two matching swivel, rocking recliners for what the sofa alone would cost if we had bought at the furniture store! ... show more

Couch is a beautiful grey with stitching. The delivery was horrible, I paid for a couch to be taken over threshold and they threw it out by the front door …. When I say threw it, They were not careful with it! I unboxed it to find slashed cloth underneath and broken wooden frame pieces. Can’t seem to find who to speak to about this ! ... show more

(I have the grey fauxleather three seater) Bought this used at half price, and it's an absolute dream. At first I couldn't figure out what was supposed to be wrong with it, the listing said there would be possible cosmetic damage. But there isn't. It's perfect, not a stitch out of place, the reclining function works, the charging station works. It's the most comfortable piece of furniture I've ever owned in my life. The padding is perfect, soft and cushy but not so soft that it swallows you. I actually wondered if I was mistakenly sent a brand new, unused couch. It took a few weeks to discover, but the left side sits just a teeny tiny bit closer to the floor when you sit there. I dropped something and had to reach over the arm to the floor and felt the base touching the carpet instead of sitting 1 cm above it. It's the only flaw I could find, and it's not even visible when you stand in front of the couch and look at it I did find a nice feature that the listing didn't mention: when the couch is reclined, you can reach underneath and un zip the leather and remove the seating cushions if you want to replace them with something firmer or softer. I could never afford to pay the full $900 price for this, but if that fits your price range and you're trying to decide between this couch and a different one, I can tell you this is just as comfortable and gorgeous as it looks in the pictures. Had less than a week now so will update review as needed based on experience. Assembly was easy and the electrics work as they should on the love seat. Bought manual couch and reclining mechanism is smooth so far. Very pretty; darker than my picture shows. IMO the firm/softness is perfect. The only thing I don't love is the support at the neck is not poofy enough but it isn't a deal breaker. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We have been using this loveseat for a month and the stitching has come out of one side and my husband reclined two days ago and the back snapped and the bottom fell onto the ground. I have contacted the company and they are slow to email when trying to communicate but offered to only replace the back if I would pay freight. But replacing the back won’t fix it, when the recliner foot part goes up the bottom part or base of the couch on that side falls to the ground. I am very happy with this reclining loveseat. I ordered the manual recliner instead of the power recline. My only complaint is the latching mechanism. I am not strong enough to put the seat back to an upright position. I tried contacting the company to find out if it can be adjusted so its easier to close, but I never got a response. ... show more
