  • Size 12/14 mid pregnancy review
I bought these jeans in three colors and two sizes. I’m 5’7”, size 12-14 when not pregnant and weighed 206 at my last doctors appointment. I ordered one color in XL and the black ones in L, the black color in L fit nicely and the color was extremely flattering, I was able to wear these to work as the material is so nice they don’t look like typical jeans. The XL was swimmingly large on me, but I wore them on a road trip and can’t return them so I’ll pass them on when I have a friend in need of maternity clothes. I bought a second pair of the black in size L and they fit they same as the other pair - I just wanted a second pair because I like them so much and don’t want to wear one pair out too quickly. I also bought one of the denim-ish colors in L - it fit a little small. I was kind of surprise the fit was so inconsistent between colors - the same denim color in XL was the pair I couldn’t get to stay on! The belly bands on these definitely do not hold their shape as well as I’d like - I don’t wash my jeans every single day, especially since they’re Levi’s and shouldn’t need daily washing. I can get away with wearing these maybe three times before the belly band is just slipping right off and in need of a wash to regain its shape. The belly band is very soft, the only things I would really change are the inconsistency in sizes and where these hit at the pelvis. The seam between the denim material and the belly band hits low- right where it pinches a little bit. But it’s not unbearable or anything. I would recommend these for the price point and quality, I just wish there was a better reference for sizing other than reviews! ... show more

  • Great fit true to size not your mom’s jeans
Size: X-Small Color: Blue Laguna-waterless
True two size, very comfortable and fitted. These are not your mom jeans - thank goodness. If you’re looking for maternity jeans that fit nicely and or below your belly, this is the perfect Jean. Highly recommend.

  • Great jeans, don't love the sizing Great jeans, don't love the sizing
Size: Small Color: Blue Laguna-waterless
Overall I really like these maternity jeans. They are stretchy without being too thin and seem like they will be durable. The stitching is solid and they are styled like true skinny jeans. The waistband is stretchy and a good mid-rise height that is comfortable with a baby bump but still provides coverage. They seem similar in quality to my other Levi's jeans. I also think these jeans will be great post-partum (especially if I end up having a c-section), whereas I'm not sure how usable full panel jeans will be shortly after giving birth. I could even see myself keeping these jeans after pregnancy to wear for holidays and giant family meals because they are comfortable and stylish; you can't tell they are maternity jeans at all if you are wearing a top or sweater that is long enough to cover the belly band. I'm currently 17 weeks pregnant and still fit into my regular jeans but find the zipper fly and button to be uncomfortable on my growing bump, especially when sitting or bending down. I know my regular jeans won't fit much longer and wanted something that would be a bit more forgiving on my belly, so I decided to try these, as they seem like better "in between" jeans than a full panel option. I did find sizing these jeans to be difficult. I'm normally a size 6 in most brands of jeans, including Levis, and a small or medium in lettered clothing sizes, depending on brand, style, fabric, etc. The size chart suggests I should be a medium but Amazon recommended a small based on users similar to me. I ordered both, and I really wish there was something in between - like a straight up size 6 instead of the lettered sizing typically used for sweatpants and leggings. These are jeans after all. The smalls are snug. I have to wiggle into them but they fit like true skinny jeans and look fitted and professional. The band feels snug on my belly with no gaping. There seems like some room to grow because the band is stretchy, but I'm not sure how much. The mediums are loose on me, and I feel like they sometimes look sloppy depending on the rest of my outfit. The waist gapes, the legs are loose and wrinkle. The whiskering on them is also a bit more pronounced than on my smalls. However, they are way more comfortable for lounging or sitting for long periods and I have no doubt they will last my whole pregnancy. I feel like a size 6 jean (instead of a small size 2-4 jean or a medium size 6-8 jean) would fit better and still grow with me during pregnancy. With the current sizes, I feel like the small is just a bit too tight but the medium is just a bit too loose. I'm not sure if they will stretch out as I wear them or shrink in the wash, so it's difficult to know which is a better fit for me, and I'm a bit on the fence about whether I should keep both or not. ... show more

  • Best maternity jeans!
Size: Medium Color: Noir - Waterless
Absolutely love these! They look great and fit well. I will have to size up towards my third trimester though because they’re tight in the hips area, but for now they fit perfectly and don’t slide down like other maternity jeans that I have.

  • Comfortable and Good Quality, but They Constantly Slide Down
Size: Large Color: (New) Mission Hill
These maternity jeans are very comfortable and feel like good quality overall. The fabric has a nice stretch, and I found the sizing to be accurate, which made ordering easy and stress-free. They’re definitely easy to wear and work well for everyday outfits. That said, there are a couple of design drawbacks. The front pockets are fake, which is a bit disappointing, and there are no belt loops, so there’s no way to adjust or help keep them up. Unfortunately, they do tend to slide down throughout the day, so I found myself pulling them up quite often. Overall, I can’t be too upset because they are comfortable and well made, but I do wish they stayed in place better and had a bit more functional design. ... show more

  • Great First Trimester Pants (and maybe beyond? I'm not there yet)
Size: Medium Color: Blue Laguna-waterless
It's my first pregnancy and my normal pants started getting tight in the waist around week 8 (much earlier than I expected). I really needed to find some pants to get me through until I really start showing, and I wasn't at the point of wearing the full panel, over-belly, up to my bra pants yet. I also didn't like worrying about my co-workers catching my fly down with some of the other pants extenders. I happened upon these under bump pants, and they're awesome! The denim material is stretchy, but they don't look like cheap jeggings. And the elastic band sits comfortably at my growing belly without being too tight or adding too much pressure. I HIGHLY recommend these pants, and even purchased the boyfriend style with the same under bump waistband. If you're preggo and can't take your regular pants any longer, buy these now!! A couple notes: 1) I am only 10 weeks now, so I can't comment on how these pants work for second and third trimester mamas. I'll try to remember to update the review. 2) I found the sizing accurate. I was a solid 8 pre-pregnancy, and the mediums fit great. Again, I'm first trimester and haven't had any real weight gain, so if you have, you may want to size up? Or buy 2 sizes and return one. The waist and denim is VERY stretchy, so you may be able to go off of your pre-baby pant size. 3) I've found that I need to pull up these pants every time I stand up. That's usually the case with stretchy pants that don't have a belt or drawstring, so it doesn't bother me, but thought you might want to know. 4) The pants do no have front pockets or a zipper. It's all decorative. There are functioning back pockets. 5) These are skinny jeans and seem to be regular length. ... show more

  • Great "Preggie" Pants!
Size: Medium Color: Blue Laguna-waterless
This is my first pregnancy so I don't have much to compare these to. However, these jeans are a hit! The wash is a nice dark wash that would be work appropriate at a casual workplace. They stay up pretty well. They do stretch out a bit throughout the day, which makes them slide down when bending over and such. They fit slightly larger than I expected, but as good as I can expect with Small/Medium/Large type sizing. Depending on the brand, I generally wear size 6 in women's, 8 if the brand runs small. I have thick, very muscular thighs and a large booty with a (pre-pregnancy) small waist, so finding skinny jeans that don't choke the life out of my thighs & butt while simultaneously fitting my waist is no small accomplishment! It also should be noted that I am short (5'1"), and given the option, I generally buy "short" pants. I didn't have that option here, so I just roll them up (with the cuff on the inside so it isn't noticeable) 3 inches and they hit right at my ankle. I wash these in cold water then dry on normal heat and haven't noticed any shrinkage. The jeans have softened up a bit with some washing, though they were never stiff denim. Overall, I love these jeans. My husband calls them my "going out pants" because I generally wear leggings unless I have to look presentable. Let's just say when I get home, I don't feel the need to change back into leggings because these are soft and stretchy enough that they don't bother me one bit! ... show more

  • Love These Overall; Small is SMALL
Size: Small Color: Noir
Overall: Though there are some sizing challenges for me I love these maternity skinny jeans. Height: I am of average height and the length is just right for me. If I were taller, like 5'8-5'10, I think there could be length issues. Sizing/Fit: The small is pretty snug. I am between a size 4 and size 6. These fit like regular jeans almost but with more give in the belly area. I still wear them as long as I can, though. However, in fairness I show quickly. If you don't tend to look pregnant for a while these could be helpful. The size mediums are a tad too loose on me, but I grow into them. I am basically in between sizes but all of them have gotten good use. Color: I have the black in size small and medium and the regular denim in small and medium. Both colors look really nice and have been laundered quite a few times now. The colors still look bright and rich after several washes. Laundering: I wash these separately or with the same type color of the denim (denim color jeans with blue tops etc). I wash on coldest temp on a delicate cycle. I hang to dry so they do not shrink more. This has worked really well for prolonging the life of these maternity jeans. Pricing: I think these are a little pricey. This is my favorite line of jeans for normal women's skinny jeans and have found their regular skinny jeans on here for quite a bit less before. These are not an unattainable price point but just a tad bit on the expensive side. This is also why I take really good care of them to make them last longer. Conclusion: Though there are some sizing and potential length challenges, I still really like these maternity jeans. They are my go-to for pregnancy comfort. Though a little expensive, they are a doable price point for quality pants for this product type. I hope this review helps you!! ... show more
