Let me start off by saying I'm 5'10" and wore a size 16 before pregnancy. I followed the sizing chart and these fit amazing. They fall right above the ankle so I cuff them to make them look a little more stylish. The material is stretchy and soft but not completely a "jegging" material so the jeans don't look cheap. Granted, I'm only 5 months along so yes, the belly band is a little loose, but they're so comfortable that I don't mind having to pull them up every so often and I know they're going to fit me in the months to come. Pre-pregnancy I was 5'5 and 135 lbs, size 6 in jeggings/stretchy jeans and size 8 in actual denim, hips were about 38 inches around. I'm gaining an exponential amount of weight during pregnancy (it's rather unfortunate), at 26 weeks I'm 170 on an empty stomach, and my hips are now at 42 inches, and my thighs also got bigger. After reading reviews I decided to try a Large size in the black jeans, but they were SO tight on my thighs that I couldn't really move. The belly part was fine, but the thighs and hips were uncomfortable. I returned them and got an XL and they are better, they feel great for the first hour but then they stretch out a whoooole lot. The looseness would be fine in the thighs, it's loose enough you can fit both hands (flat) down one leg while wearing them if that makes any sense, but they are extremely loose in the butt. I have to constantly pull them up if I don't want excessive saggy-butt, which is a hassle with the belly band. Even still, I like them enough to keep wearing them, especially because they are the only pants that fit at all right now, they are thick, and I can't wear leggings and dresses all the time in the cold Colorado winter. I got them for $16, and if the price were still that low I'd buy them again, but if the price doubles or more I'd pass on these. ... show more

Unfortunately I can't really wear these - they are just stupid long on me. I typically wear a short length pant so I knew these wouldn't be perfect by any means and they don't offer an ankle length or short inseam. But it's just for a little while so I figured why not? Tried them on, they fit pretty well, maybe a little loose in the crotch (a common maternity pants phenomenon, I'm realizing), were good quality. and I thought I could deal with the the length. Took off the tags and away we go. Unfortunately, things didn't work out for me. I think that if you wear a regular inseam these will probably be fine but I think they are ideally designed for someone with long legs, like 33" or 34" inseam. Hard for me to judge. ... show more

I'm not pregnant, but I have a a bit of a belly and find it difficult to find pants that ft comfortably around the waist. The fit is true to size. I normally wear US size 16 or XL, and I got these in color: Frosty Lakes and size: XL, in and it fits great! I love that the bump band doesn't go all the way to the top like in other maternity pants, so it feels like regular jeans, I think from now on I will stick to maternity pants, specially when there's a meal involved. Only negative is how they shipped the item. I missed the button to 'ship using Amazon packaging' and it came in a fully transparent, thin polythene cover that looked very dirty and close to getting ripped from shipping & handling. But giving it 5 stars anyways since I love the jeans. ... show more

Pre-pregnancy I am a size 16, and my cousin who just had a baby dropped off some size 18 maternity pants for me (bless her heart) since my regular pants will no longer button. As comfortable as her pants are, they are a little big and all have a wide leg at the bottom. I missed my skinny jeans so I decided to try a pair of these pants because all indications (reviews, size chart) indicated that the XL would fit my pre-pregnancy size 16 body. Very excited to be back in a pair of skinny jeans, I ordered the XL in Bombshell and eagerly awaited the delivery. This decision ended horribly in tears in my kitchen. I couldn't even get the pants pulled up over my thighs - they BARELY came over my knees. I'm not shaped like a traffic cone and all heavy in my legs, so I have no idea what is up with these pants. I guess if you're a size 16 with tiny size small legs, these might fit you?! My husband was perplexed and alarmed by me standing in the kitchen with pants pulled halfway up and crying that "Not even XL maternity pants fit me! I'm huge!" and he attempted to soothe me by pointing out how tiny the pants looked right out of the package and no where near the size of my normal pants. Granted, they are supposed to stretch, but the XL pants that I received had no give and certainly not any where near fitting my "maternal" body much less my "non-maternal" body. ... show more

These are the most comfortable pants I own now! I'm 5 foot 3 inches, I'm in my 3rd trimester and weight about 200 lbs now. I have been wearing an XL with all my other brands of clothes and went ahead and ordered that size. They fit so perfect and stretch alot so I feel like these are going to work for the rest of my pregnancy. The waist band comes all the way up to under my breasts, which is what I prefer and it also has lots of wiggle room for belly to grow. The quality seems pretty good too and they seem like they will hold up nicely in the wash. Some brands just seem cheap, but not these. I'm so glad i made this purchase! ... show more
