I'm a huge fan of the Levi's 502 Regular Tapered jeans (seriously, it's the only denim I buy anymore). So, when I saw these were on sale with the same naming convention (minus the explicit 502 designation), I was expecting the same fit. While they're certainly not skinny jeans, these are probably a midway point between the 502 Regular Tapered fit and the 512 Slim Tapered, which are too tight for my liking. So, be prepared that these will be a bit more snug than the 502s.

I ordered these for work. Chinos are great for my line of work. Nowhere in the description page of these pants, does it state insulated or warm. Received and noticed a thick material. Read the label and it states "warm." Further in it states "to keep heat in." You see... I live in Souther Florida. Staying warm is not exactly an issue we have around here. Would have been nice to know in the description, that these are for cold weather conditions. 1 star based on lack of description and the fact I am being inconvenienced now, to return the item.

I paid attention to this model of trousers, because I bought a year ago trousers of the same model from Dockers. I wanted to buy Dockers trousers of the same model again, but they were already sold out. The quality of the Dockers trousers was also excellent, as they are produced by the same brand. I was very happy when I saw the same model of trousers from Levi's. My expectations were met - the trousers are really of excellent quality, the size matches, the price at the discount is excellent. I am what my wife likes to call...picky. About everything. I also hate shopping. I have been on the search for comfortable pants to wear to work for years. They either don't fir right, are uncomfortable, or are so baggy at the ankle I could fit both legs through. Gave these a shot and they are darn near perfect. Super comfortable. Fit well, and have a nice taper at the ankle. I immediately went back and ordered every color that was in stock. Found my new go-to pant, which means that they will immediately be discontinued.

I bought 2 pairs of this style. 1 in the denim stripe, the other in twill. LOVE the twill ones. Great casual pant. The denim stripe I was excited about. They fit like the twill...until I washed them! They shrunk so bad in the width, I could barely get them on my thighs & calves! UNBELIEVABLE! I'm a clothing manufacturer, designer all my life. These should have only shrunk in the length. I am going to try to return them but I've never returned anything for being defective to Amazon! We'll see what happens!

As a skinny 6'5 180lb person, the 32x34's have just the right amount of space in the butt, thighs, and calves. I find Levis 511's and 512's are just a bit too tight for me in the thighs and butt after having gained some weight recently, and these are just right while maintaining the modern tapered look I want.

I'm 6'1", 185-190lb, and wear the Levi's 513 33x32 all the time and really like the fit. I wanted a sleeker looking pant that was still casual but had a more formal appearance. I bought these at the same 33x32 size, and they fit well through the waist, seat, and thighs, but snagged on my calves due to the tapered leg. Mind you, I have some decent calves on me, but I was hoping the standard taper would mitigate this as opposed to the slim taper and it did not. Had to return, but it is a really nice, clean pant and well constructed. Just maybe not for those with hefty calves.
