This is a great casual shirt that would be perfect resort or summer attire. The black floral pattern I received gives it a very tropical/Hawaiian sort of aesthetic, but the cut and fabric of the shirt are a bit more traditional, giving it a bit more versatility beyond just vacation wear. The shirt cut is labeled as 'relaxed', and that's how you'll feel when wearing it: it's tailored enough to look good, but loose enough to not be restrictive. Through Vine, I'm finding that Levi's makes really high quality clothing beyond just the jeans we all know them for. This shirt is no exception: it's sewn well, with expertly-constructed buttonholes and no loose threads or sloppy finishing that I've come to expect from most clothing these days. This shirt isn't cheap, but it also doesn't feel cheap - you do get something extra for what you pay for. I've got a stash of Hawaiian shirts I bought at a major warehouse club on vacation in Hawaii, and while I love them, this one is significantly nicer. I can't wait to take this on my next tropical vacation - it'll be the perfect way to dress up my outfit beyond a T-shirt for a nice resort steak dinner with a beautiful sunset. And the black and white pattern is classy enough that I might sneak it into my wardrobe for casual Fridays at home, too!

i got this for my son, he's 17 and on the giant side of the growth chart so some stuff fits oddly. i was surprised to see that Levi's had branched out to shirts as well as the classic denim jeans and was concerned about the quality. turns out there's nothing to worry about. the shirt feels well made with a thick fabric that doesn't shrink in the wash. the sizing is as expected with the cut being a little longer, which i appreciated as some stuff on him fits a bit short. overall I'm happy with the shirt and pleasantly surprised by the quality.

My husband is a major fan of Hawaiian-style and camper shirts. He’s also a major fan of pockets. Combine attractive shirt of comfortable materials made very nicely (he was pointing out how much nicer the buttonholes and other shirt features of the Levi’s were much nicer than the last shirts I bought him). This shirt is sized as expected. I bought the Joyce Floral Pirate Black and sized up for it to be large. I got a 6X Large Big because I expected it to shrink and my husband likes loose shirts. I would not size up the next time. I’m going to have to see if I can get this to shrink. But he loves it, and that’s what counts. I didn't like the way the shirt fitted. It felt way too big when I tried it on. Always go with a smaller size
