First of all. Slava Ukraine!!!! Shipping was fast for the long journey from Ukraine. The kit arrived as predicted just in time to make it into my friend's baggage and to me in Mexico. As for installation, the rear was easy enough. I wanted to replace my shocks, but couldn't find any in stock. When I do get some, I wouldn't hesitate to take it all apart. The front installation was a bit harder. I'd call it an advanced DIY job. The mounting screws are not built into the spacer so you have to take apart the strut to put in the new bolts. I had to buy a coil spring compressor. No biggie, so now I have one. My other problem was operator error. Watch a couple of videos about adding the lift to the front. And be very very careful not to let the rotor tilt out too far or your axle will come out. Ask me how I know this. Getting everything back together takes a bit of judicious force. I recommend having at least one extra jack and a big c clamp. I was missing the c clamp but managed to get everything together with a pry bar after several attempts and some colorful language. As for performance it's made a great difference. Mexico is the land of speed bumps. Even with two normal sized adults in my car, I scraped on every single one I think. Now no problem. I'm going to get bigger tires as soon as I need a new set. That should even give me more clearance. I would highly recommend this product if you're willing to take on the challenge and are a reasonable mechanic. But again do watch the videos.

This spacer lift kit is the cheapest kit. I had a shop install it and they said “the rear spring spacer might need upgrading in the near future, also everyone lifting a Prius should get an alignment.” I feel this kit keeps the car from impacting parking lot curbs. That’s what I wanted.

I did this lift kit while replacing shocks and struts. You will need to remove the press in bolts on the struts, disassembly of the strut is the best way. You'll need a coil spring compression tool for the struts. The rear is simple. The front is not easy, but not hard. I will need a new front end alignment tho. Also did new breaks and rotors. Picture is vefore and after. Same tires. Highly recommend this kit.

First, the studs are not of the best quality. One cross threaded, I contacted the seller and they said they would send me a replacement free of cost but that was over 2 weeks ago and I haven't received them. I even offered to pay for the extra studs but haven't heard from them at all since. The studs don't press into the mounting plate well, they started to bow out the OEM plate around the hole and didn't lock in. The front passenger side is a royal pain to get in due to the amount of space available. If these were any larger it likely wouldn't fit and you're going to have to use a lot of elbow grease to get the strut back into place and the holes lined up. If they don't contact me soon I'm going to return these and go with one of the more expensive Prius Offroad kits, probably worth the extra money and you don't have to replace the studs.

I was going to sell the 2011 prius even after I put new struts on it it rode like a tank. After installing this lift it actually rides better and my mileage is pretty much the same

Well, the product lift kit is nice for the price. If you are a DIYer, you should have no problem having experience with spring compression. As for the customer service, the support were knowledgeable, understanding, and very helpful.

Worth it if you're on a budget. If you have the money I'd suggest getting the kit for $350 so you don't have to compress the springs and replace the studs.

Really Great Product! Just keep in mind you will have to do some adaptions at the front coil spring to make it fit
