I recently purchased the LEVEL8 Carry on Luggage from Amazon, and I must say, I was initially impressed with its style and how effortlessly it glided on the floor. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I noticed a major flaw after just one use. The Good: The suitcase is undeniably stylish, and its smooth maneuverability made navigating through crowded airports a breeze. It also has ample space, allowing me to comfortably pack three sets of clothes and a few pairs of shoes for my trip. The Bad: Unfortunately, the issue arose when I arrived at my destination and opened the suitcase to find that the inside stitching had torn. I want to emphasize that I did not overpack the bag; it was filled with just three sets of clothes and a modest number of shoes. Given the limited use, I was surprised that it tore so easily. Possible Defect: I am not sure if I received a faulty product or if this is a common issue with this suitcase model. Nonetheless, I expected better durability, especially from a brand known for quality luggage. It is undoubtedly stylish and easy to maneuver, making it a great choice for travelers. However, the tearing of the inside stitching during the first use has left me feeling disappointed and questioning the overall quality. If you decide to purchase this suitcase, I recommend checking the stitching carefully upon arrival and being cautious with the amount of weight you pack. Bought a pink for myself and loved the amount of packing space. This is the first time I have had a hard shell, and without pockets on the outside I wasn’t sure how I would like it. It is phenomenal! I packed enough for a weeklong trip in this carry-on, I have an aversion to check bags these days as they tend not to make it to the next connection. Logically, once you put your bag in overhead storage, if you’re smart, you don’t tend to take it down and rummage through any outside pockets. Therefore, I did not miss them very impressed with the quality, the surface does mare a little bit and show scuffs, but I knew that would be the case when purchasing pink, they do rub off fairly easily though. TSA approved is easy to use. The suitcase is very lightweight, but sturdy. In terms of maneuverability, the whales guide through the airport! Loved it so much that it convinced my husband to replace his old single direction wheel carry-on bag… Not looking back, and I’m ready to purchase another from this company, great quality, thoughtful organization! ... show more

This is the best carry-on suitcase I've ever had. Not only is it beautiful—the photos don't do it justice—it's the smoothest-rolling, most maneuverable suitcase you can find. What a difference when rolling through airports and train stations! The telescoping handle is sturdy and provides various stops, not just one or two, and the interior is simple and efficient. This is an excellent piece of luggage overall, however I don't fly and it is not the best for traveling via non-aerial automobiles because the material is too thin. The interior space is fully usable and it stacks well. The wheels were fantastic. They rolled, and turned very smoothly a d felt like quality. For airline travel, luggage like this looks great, is functional and is not overly expensive. I recommend for checked baggage, don't recommend for car/truck/bus/train travel ... show more

I travel almost every week due to work. I bought this luggage because I found mine had a cracked corner while getting ready for a trip and didn't have time to submit a warranty claim on time. I've used it four times so far and I'm very impressed specially with the quality of the wheels. They're very smooth, very quiet and you can maneuver very easy, even on carpet. Handle is easy to extend or retract, not flimsy at all. The construction seems sturdy, the zipper seems to be made well. In terms of durability, it's too early to tell but everything points to a good rating on that area as well. Compare to the much more expensive luggage I was using, it measures up very well. Rolled this thing through the streets and subways of New York and it held up really well. Still glides like new in every direction despite all the rough asphalt roads I dragged it through. I only used it for the one trip but it certainly did the job. The only thing that could make it any better would be a sturdier handle.
