Bought this suitcase after comparing several brands and price points for a trip to Asia. Upon arrival, I was really happy with the exterior durability. I also purchased compressible packing cubes to maximize the space, and let me just say I was able to fit 2 pairs of shoes, and almost 10-12 days worth of clothing inside this suitcase. I was so happy! And it was still very lightweight once I packed it for my trip. I was easily able to lift it into the overhead bins and the wheels were great for rolling through the airport and even the city. I just cleaned the wheels and they almost have no damage despite the rough roads in Asia. I even had to check the bag on one flight due to weight (thanks AirAsia…) and even with the checked bag process it came out with minimal scuffs. Love my new luggage. Took to London as carryon to move my daughter for grad school. Stuffed with both mine and her clothes for a week…her carryon was packed with the rest of her clothing for the school year. My luggage wasn’t scratched…but her more expensive Monos carryon had scratches! Lock was great and zippers held well even with how packed the bag was for the trip there. Can’t wait to use it again when I move her out this year. Love the green color also…different but muted and beautiful! ... show more

Really love my Level 8 Carry On. First of all its very stylish. It held everything I needed and it seems to be durable. Took a trip to Cancun and I was able to fit everything I needed in it together with my back pack. We will so how it holds up over time but so far so good!

I bought the suitcase in August of last year and have used it twice. As I was unzipping the suitcase last week I noticed the outside zipper pull was missing - there should be 2 and now there's only 1. I've emailed the company and I'll let you know where we stand once they respond. I purchased the level8 suitcase from Amazon last august and recently noticed that the zipper on the outside was missing. I have only 1 zipper on the outside. I have checked the receipt and can confirm that this item is still under warranty. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Sincerely, me I'll let you all know how this goes. Overall impression of the suitcase... It's nice. The plastic on the outside is good. Some scratches are present from airport handling but expected. - The interior is nice as well. The square design really seems to hold more items. - The zippered dividers and pockets hold up pretty well. Would I buy it again? Depends on the response of their customer service for the outside zipper issue. Updated: Level 8 for in touch with me and made this issue right. They were quick to respond and very helpful. This suitcase is used specifically for carry-on luggage and not check-in. So when people say it's dented and has all these other issues, it's usually because it is being improperly used. It's not meant to be tossed around like your regular luggage. With that said, for the price, features, etc, this is a tremendous value. ... show more

Wheels are great. Moves really easily. Holds a lot of clothing. I throw my laptop inside the clothes. zipped covers on both halves of the case keep the clothes packed tightly . Lock seems to be fine. I have used the case 3 times and it looks new. Fabric bag for case storage a nice touch.
