I read the reviews before I made the decision to purchase. A lot of people were critical of the “durability” of this small carry on bag, and a few of the negative reviews stated “damaged” because they chose to check this bag into the belly of the airplane rather than CARRY IT ONTO THE AIRPLANE to stow in an overhead bin themselves. I’ve made several flight with mine and I call it a “little Hot Rod” because it easily and swiftly travels through airports, much faster than I could have anticipated. This bag is made lightweight in order to save weight and I think it’s perfect as a carry-on, which is what is is made for. If you elect to have a baggage handler get it on your flight in the cargo bin, it can easily be damaged. So buy it with that in mind.

I have two level 8 cases. Other than adjusting to packing a hard side with no give, these cases are amazing and have been the best luggage I have owned so far. I sometimes use packing cubes to get more in, but almost wonder if I really need them given the excellent zipping covers for each side, a gentle smash of my stuff and that's really enough. I am able to put my travel bag with luggage strap on the handle. And recently started adding stickers to the outside showing places I have traveled. The wheels.... I don't even know where to begin. They are so so smooth. I can walk fast and twirl these babies around and they stay at the same speed I am walking. They roll so well that if you are standing on an incline, you have to be careful, or those babies will roll right away from you. And the design, I love the straight lines, it looks very classy and I am proud to have what feels like a "statement piece" when I travel for work. Go ahead, plunk down your money, you will really enjoy this luggage.

This is a great piece of luggage at a great price. I wish it came in additional colors - only available in black when I bought it. I am usually a Tumi buyer but this is an equal product at half the price. Hardware, wheels and telescoping handle are top notch. I had to buy this on short notice when another piece of luggage was ruined by TSA and had been researching other well-known brands but am convinced this is a top buy!

Bought this case as an upgrade to the luggage arsenal for upcoming overseas trips. At 6’2” the pullout handle barely extends to my finger tips, and have to handle it while rolling slightly leaned over. And that is on four wheels. It’s nearly impossible to roll it on two wheels like normal carry on bags. No where in the description does it show the handle extended height. I like the build of this, but think I’m giving this one to my 5’5” wife. EDIT… as it turns out the pullout handle DOES extend for a tall person. This issue being that it’s new and the extension bars are stiff unless pulled hard out of first detent position. Then it works fine for someone 6’2” and beyond.

Bought this suitcase after comparing several brands and price points for a trip to Asia. Upon arrival, I was really happy with the exterior durability. I also purchased compressible packing cubes to maximize the space, and let me just say I was able to fit 2 pairs of shoes, and almost 10-12 days worth of clothing inside this suitcase. I was so happy! And it was still very lightweight once I packed it for my trip. I was easily able to lift it into the overhead bins and the wheels were great for rolling through the airport and even the city. I just cleaned the wheels and they almost have no damage despite the rough roads in Asia. I even had to check the bag on one flight due to weight (thanks AirAsia…) and even with the checked bag process it came out with minimal scuffs. TLDR; GREAT buy for the price, make sure to maximize space with compressible cubes!

This luggage is fantastic. Most people are using it wrong it's not a checked bag. I used this on a international flight. It rolls very smoothly and if you are good at managing space you can fit quite a bit in it. It's the perfect size for the over head compartment I flew american airlines no issues and phillipine airlines with no issues. Definitely worth buying.

It made the outbound leg, but one of the wheels broke on the return leg on its very first trip... at 43 lb. Otherwise, very maneuverable, maybe a little too much as it liked to roll away if I wasn't careful with it. The outside scratched, but is expected. The wheel breaking is not. EDIT** I suppose it was a fluke and bad luck that the wheel broke. Excellent support and very quick responses! They shipped out a new wheel for me and I was able to replace it. The suitcase is back in useable condition! I just got back from a 3 week work trip, the case was able to fit all my needs.

One round trip so far. I checked the 24 inch and it held up well. There are some visible color transfer marks on the corners but I think I can buff them out. The wheels still look good and work perfectly.
