I already have a similar product and needed another one for the rear of my bicycle. I attached this one to my rear basket so I could install a bank of tail lights. There is enough room on it to squeeze in four narrow tail lights or two wide ones with just a little room to spare. This was very easy to install. It is very stable once the screws are tight. it is light weight as it is made from aluminum so it won't add much weight to your bike. This appears to be very well made with a good deal of precision. Given the price which seems to be right about where it should be for this product and how good of a job it does functioning as a way to mount my rear lights I highly recommend this product. If I did not already have a similar one for my headlights I would have ordered two and used one there as well as it comfortably hold two normal headlights with some room to spare. This is a very good way to add real estate to your handlebar for adding accessories. I would also recommend it for that purpose. This will fit most standard sizes handlebars though I can't promise it will fit some of the more exotic ones.

Muy buen producto para añadir espacio en tu bici o scooter y así poder colocar mas accesorios. Las bases que sujetan el tubo donde se colocan los accesorios se sienten muy bien y de muy buena calidad, aunque el tubo en si es tan liviano que se siente muy frágil. Un detalle que no me gusto de este producto es que si deseas poner las bases al derecho, o sea, con el nombre LETSERBIKE de forma derecha los tornillos los tienes que apretar de abajo hacia arriba algo que es mas incómodo que poner los tornillos de arriba hacia abajo. Obviamente tienes la opción de poner los tornillos de arriba hacia abajo, pero para eso tendrías que poner las bases al revés por lo que el nombre LETSERBIKE quedaría al revés también y si eres una persona maniática esto no te gustará. Otra cosa que no me gustó es que para colocar las bases es con 2 tornillos (1 en cada lado) haciendo que la tarea sea un poco mas engorrosa. Hubiera sido mucho mejor que un lado fuera tipo bisagra (abrir y cerrar) y el otro lado solo poner el tornillo y apretar en vez de tener que sujetar ambas piezas con una sola mano para luego con la otra poner y apretar los tornillos.

This is a welcome addition to my bike. I recently added a tail light and adding the controller for that pushed my space availability out. This bar was exactly what I needed to get some space back. Installing it is fairly simple, but there's lots of very small parts so you need to be careful. They provide 2 extra lock nuts in case you drop & lose any, which is a HUGE plus!! I did end up using one of the spare. When you install this, be sure to assemble with a "loose fit" when you start. I put the brackets on the bike first, with the ability to move them around. I added my headlight to the new bar first so it was centered, put the bar into the brackets and adjusted all the brackets Once everything was where I wanted it I then tightened up the bolts so everything was firm. Once that was done I added the phone mount & go-pro mount. I really love how this bar can be put higher than my handlebars, I find that very convenient. This is easily the BEST addition to my bike I've done. Having everything mounted away from my hands is really nice plus they are away from the cables which helps when trying to use them (putting phone in / out, adjusting the go-pro). Overall this is really a great product, and it comes with everything you need to get going with it.

The handlebar on my fat tire bike has a good many curves in it making it difficult to accessorize with lights, phone holder, reflector, etc. This extension allowed me to connect right at the handlebar stem connection on either side an basically provided me with extra "straight bar" mounting space. Also, with it adjust back toward me, it make my cell phone more accessible by being closer. The clamping system is OK, but would have preferred an adjustable locking mechanism with quick release. Hopefully, I won't need to remove the extension.

I travel North America for months at a time on a cargo bicycle, so its cockpit is busier than most. Even with an aero-bar extension, I still didn’t have room to mount two accessories — a bicycle bell and a display for rear-facing radar. This Letserbike extender looked like a possible solution … if it could fit into the already busy cockpit and if it could accommodate the bends and diameter variations of the bicycle’s mountain bike-style handlebars. And it could and did, as shown in the accompanying photos, despite the crowding. The included form-fitting shims allowed me to space the brackets of this extender to precisely where I needed, regardless that the diameter of the handlebars still narrowed as spacing increased. This handlebar extender is lightweight but robust, creating a stable platform for attaching even heavy accessories. If there’s a negative, it’s that the painted logo was double printed and smeared on one side of one of the two mounting brackets, but I don’t see well enough to care about that minor esthetic aspect. I intended to use this handle to extend my stroller's handlebar. I have a board for my toddler nephew to sit on just under the stroller handlebar which makes it awkward to walk. This extender works to some extent but is not long enough for my purposes. It also does not tighten enough to stay in place. My nephew uses it to hold on to while riding behind the stroller so it's still useful. I think it may work better for a bike so I may try it on my folding bike and use it there.
