These are really cute and comfortable; black in size Large. Of course the legs are too long for this 5'2" gal. 130, and I sized down from what their chart said. I already got burned using another cargo pants chart, where based on my waist and hip I ordered the XL only to have it swim on me; so I knew to size down. I almost fit into the Med but figure this will shrink due to the 93% cotton material and I don't like tight pants. The fabric is a med to heavy weight brushed twill btw, which is not really stated in the description. I love cargo pants and it's been years since I could find a high waisted version. I love and need high waisted pants and so I plan to get another pair in a different color. These will be a staple in my wardrobe year round. Happy to find this brand. The bottoms can be cinched in or left straight btw. Definitely worth the money.

If the waist was actually at or just below my navel they would be perfect. I love the style with true cargo pockets. Most pants are saying cargo because they have large top pockets. No! Yes they are great for camping, hiking, everyday, and even casual-dressy gathering. I went to an appointment last week (in the size that fit. Sz M: 5’4” 128#) and before she asked any questions she said ‘I love your pants! Where did you get them?’ I gave her the link. I live in NC. This are good for winter. I wore them to see if they were truly comfortable. The fabric reminded me of Carhart. Not soft, lightweight or flexible. For that I’ll stick with my North Face. Lightweight, water repellent, quick dry, spring, summer, fall. If it’s unusually cool or I’m going to a theater where it’s kept cool, they would be perfect. The pair I kept I washed cold, dried low, came out softer, and shrank enough to make the butt fit better. I didn’t notice a loss in length. I prefer the easy life vs hang dry and have wrinkles. I don’t own an iron anymore. They are well made and shouldn’t come apart anywhere. Just don’t expect them to be comfortable in warmer weather. Enjoy. Tan(light yellow), black, and these grey/silver. I returned the rose purple. The color seemed like it had been washed in dark clothes and color transferred. You may like them. I was looking for something that could also be dressed up.

Whoa! These JUST got delivered, and the colors were so vibrant and the fabric so substantial that I HAD to try them on. They are SEXY! Tailored, but not tight. Not too baggy and sloppy. I could put on a nice top or blazer and wear them to a nice restaurant. I ordered these in the Large and the orange in the Medium. Both fit, but I think I like the fit of the large a bit more (especially since I haven't washed them.). If the orange shrink, they'll be a tad snug - but the fabric has stretch, so they still might be ok. That said, there isn't a huge difference between the small and the medium, so you might want to order both, and go with the fit you prefer. The fabric is kind of a 'canvas' type fabric, but it's not thick, and definitely not see-through. A must have if you're looking for cargo pants. I'm getting them in more colors, for sure. UPDATE: I wore the camo pair out the first night and got SO many compliments all night long. Two different women even stopped me to ask where I got them from! Both were shocked when I said Amazon, lol
