  • Bass guitar is great
I just love the sound and finger power of this instrument. The strings are just the right height the bass looks great almost straight wood with a shine. The knobs work greats and have no problems. The strings were replaced once because of better strings than stock strings and I never had a problem with any string breaks. It's a bit heavy but that's expected for such a wood instrument unlike a regular 6 string guitar that is light weight. The bass stays in tune but after a bit chicken picking or thumb slap it's falls slightly out of tune. Easy fix just tune before a gig or every once in awhile because it still sounds good. I'm very satisfied. ... show more

  • Decent for the price
I bought this bass for practice. The roasted maple neck at a low price point was attractive, as I live in the Northeast U.S. where climate changes can warp guitars fairly easily. Pros: decent sound, nice finish, neck stability and playability. Cons: prone to neck dive, extremely cheap pickups (so cheap the pole pieces disappear inside the pickup). ... show more

  • Don’t sleep on this one, 100% awesome
F’n awesome! This neck through bass brings balance to the force yo. Feels great, has beautiful fret work, the inlays are beautiful. Had to do a small truss rod adjust to make it perfect. Honestly the pickups are good, no need to replace. Pickups are Belcats, not bad at all, good company. I can’t find one thing wrong with this and I’m very thorough. Fit and finish is great, has a nice bit of weight. If you’ve ever played a neck through bass you know the difference in feeling. This is $200 lol… mind blown. I originally bought this for the bones but now I’m leaving it stock and taking it to the sander to make it look a little more evilish. This will be an amazing Joe Metheny (serial killer) in my bands collection. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase, truly a beautiful piece and a steal for the price. I was supposed to buy a cheap drum set for modding, saw this and said Merry Christmas. Shipping, lol, bro I ordered this the Saturday before Christmas 2025 (should be a mess during peak season) and got it Monday literally 2 days later a day early. Leo Jaymz is on it! I love the kits as well, and I also have the green telecaster. It seems this company is fighting hard for Deans place in the guitar world. Dean used to be the company for the poor guy if you wanted something substantial for a good price. Alternatives were things like Slammer by Hammer, Peavey, etc. and those were just strat and Les Paul copies made out of particle board. Leo Jaymz is giving us real guitars for a cheap price, well made and I think in a few years they’re gonna be the king if they keep on this track. • Incredible Bass at Unbelievable Price
this is an incredible value, regardless of personal preference ( I think if this was short scale it would be perfect) the quality of this instrument is far beyond the price it sells for , sounds great , plays great and looks great . this could be used professionally by anyone for any gig . Only possible downside I could find is that the les Paul body shape ( with a strap ) makes playing at the low end of the neck somewhat uncomfortable for smaller people like myself but that may be no problem at all for a player who is taller or has slightly longer arms, it in fact may be an asset in that situation . Bottom line, this would be a bargain at 3 times the price and the packaging is incredible. ... show more

  • You’ll love it
The media could not be loaded. Overall, it’s a wonderful bass. I’m writing this less than 24 hours of owning it, but at this very moment, the bass is more than I could ever ask for. Let’s start with the packaging. They did a great job making sure it was safe. I show photos above on how it looked within the box. ALSO, I was not expecting gear to come along with it! In my case, it came with a bag (appear mainly for water, no padding), two Alan wrenches (one for the truss and one for the bridge), and a jack. The bass itself feels wonderful. The strings are so nice; very playable and not sharp at all. I was surprised at the tone of the pickups. In the video I show, I use a direct digital amp, so it’s the true sound of the pickups themselves with no pre or post-EQ. I’m glad I don’t have to replace them. The neck is very smooth to glide down and the frets don’t hurt the fingers. Now for the iffy bits. The output is not as loud as I wish it could be. In the video above, I have it at max volume using only the knobs. The action out of the box is pretty bad. I tried adjusting the bridge saddles, and that for sure helped. Next, I’ll be adjusting the truss rod, but i have to wait to get a screwdriver that will fit into the small ones up at the bottom of the headstock. Wish it would’ve come with one, even if it was cheap. Working to get the buzz out has been my issue for the past hour. Overall, this is DEFINITELY worth buying and probably one of the best deals on Amazon if you can get it in time! I can’t find a LP style bass anywhere else. And this color too…really scratched an itch— I’ll give any updates if I find something new about it. Also, excuse my sloppy playing; I'm pretty new to the bass- ... show more

  • Full size body.
Color: TB Natural 4S
Nice bass, what I like about it is it has a full size body. The frets are done really well..rolled over and no sharp edges..action is a little high..replace the pickups and bridge and your good to go..

  • Good Quality
Great Bass and a Great Price. It said it had a mahogany body, looks ash to me, I like ash so no problem. The neck feels more like P Bass than a J Bass. It came set up pretty much perfect, no defects.
