Having been gifted a number of Lenox holiday China pieces over the years, I was really surprised at how cheap this dip bowl looked. I took down another Lenox bowl that was from a few years ago to compare and you can see pretty clearly from the pictures the difference. The design itself is notable different with cheaper looking color and the gold rim is significantly less pronounced than any of my other Lenox pieces. Most notably, every other Lenox piece has a different signature than this and states it is made in the US, not China. Thinking this must be a fake, so will be returning. ... show more

Buying this was a bit of an indulgence, but it's these small details that set your holiday table apart and make something truly memorable for your guests. I've always described it as resonance in music -- the notes that are too low for the human ear to hear but which we nonetheless feel.     • Perfect for anything spreadable
I like to cut butter sticks in half and serve in this dish, but it would be great for a cheese ball or whatever. I take a star away for the fact that it's made in China, and that fact is engraved quite obviously on the stainless part of the spatula. Otherwise, a lovely addition to the table.
