The laptop itself is good, it is on the slower side and battery kinda dies quicker than it says 😭. The worse part is that the charger that came with it is unsafe, I have to buy a new one on my own which sucks obviously. When plugging into an outlet, the charger sparks EVERY SINGLE TIME even when I tried different outlets. It sucks cuz I just finished setting up the laptop and now can’t even use it.     • Unacceptable customer service, maybe dishonest!!!
Ordered the Chromebook on May 5... delivery was as promised. That is the one and only positive. It proved to be defective in first week of use. Contacted seller who advised us to try troubleshooting recommendations. Because we are logic, semi intelligent people, we had already tried those before contacting seller. Seller “approved” the return . Printed off papers needed to return and discovered we would be responsible for the return costs. Returned it via UPS and seller received package on Friday, July18,2020. Living in a rural community, I do the majority of my business online. I have never encountered customer service of this nature. Totally unexceptionable!!!!! I have heard nothing from the seller in spite of text messages and calls... where I have had to leave messages. Surely seller has someone to respond to their buyers. Do not buy!!!! Perhaps not all their products are defective but their customer service stinks! It is now Sunday, July 5 and I don’t have the computer or my money.. ... show more

Very pleased with my purchase. Great value for how powerful this guy is. Great at dispersing heat. Very fast boot up speed and excellent storage. Very sleek and unique lid design. I had previously purchased an HP Omen prior to this which for some reason jist stopped charging. I took my refund from that POS and invested in this bad boy. Overall the design of the laptop was everything I could have hoped for. I just wish it worked. By week 3, the laptop stopped charging and would not work without being plugged. It was not on conservation mode. The battery was dead. Additionally the laptop box was damaged but the shipping box (the exterior packaging) was relatively unharmed. Poor packaging combined with an ineffective product, I cannot recommend. This is my first experience with a Lenovo and maybe my last. ... show more

Everything on the laptop is good, it is easy to set up, easy to use and looks nice. BUT the only thing that I disliked about it is the battery life. The battery life does not last long, only for 3 hours. On the description before buying this laptop it said it can last for 7 hours.
