  • Software Problems, etc.,
How can I pay this much for a monitor, which I paired with a Lenovo Desktop, and can't get it to do what I want it to. It is a 27" wide screen but wastes 4.5" on each side as blank space, Could be a Windows issue, but maybe Lenovo software needs to be changed to synchronize with Windows. Sound is too low, can't figure out how to change that. Firmware problems. It is going back to Amazon. Will buy another. What is wrong when you can't trust Lenovo ?? ... show more

  • Poor support, faulty monitor
The media could not be loaded. I bought two of these, one is working fine (but it is a slightly newer model with USB-C) and this one is having issues on darker images (which is aweful since I use dark mode). There are red flashing lines across the screen. I called support twice and got disconnected both times while on hold. Not worth it for what I paid. ... show more

  • Good product, I love it!
I really liked this product. It got to my doorstep way earlier than I thought and everything I wanted was in the box (superb quality might I add).

  • Has firmware issues, won't charge reliably
This monitor is great on paper: capable of delivering 85W to a connected laptop via USB-C, while delivering video and also connecting the onboard USB-C hub. Unfortunately, there are issues with the functionality, and my MacBook Pro discharges continuously and I always notice when it shuts off with no power left. Having the MacBook Pro charger connected doesn't help since it switches between the screen randomly and still doesn't supply the stated 85-90W. This is a known issue and a deal breaker, since it requires using HDMI or DisplayPort to avoid having issues, but then prevents using the hub. Minor complaint about the hub: the ports are way too recessed behind the screen, so the left ports are hard to reach compared to a Dell monitor that has them flush with the bezel. ... show more

  • DisplayPort monitor bridging, thin bevel, home office setup, excellent quality
TLDR: I'd definitely recommend this monitor for anyone needing a "home base" for a professional laptop setup, but may not meet the needs of a heavy gamer. I'm gonna be completely upfront: I don't actually *own* this monitor, it was supplied to me from my work (I do analytics for a living) as a WFH supplement. That being said, I LOVE this monitor and I'm going to buy one when my work makes me return the one they loaned me. Visuals & ports: The image is crisp and colorful, has plenty of ports, and I could use this for casual gaming if I wanted. The monitor stand rises high enough to allow my laptop underneath without resorting to a VESA mount (I like my screen orientation as one atop the other instead of side-by-side) and connects seamlessly with my work laptop via USB-C to extend my display and charging concurrently. I linked this display to my two ultra-wide (21:9) 30" Sceptre gaming monitors via DP daisy-chaining, which brings my total monitor count to 4 if you include the laptop. I've had no issues with dead pixels, slow charging, or dead ports, either. Accessibility: There's a rubber strap on the back of the stand for cable management which is a huge plus for me as I'm a bit of a clean freak when it comes to desk organization. The slot in the monitor base is supposed to be for your phone, but it's not really accessible given my setup (I'd have to reach around my laptop) so I use it to hold a pen or other supplies instead for quick access. I've seen some reviews saying the phone slot is "unusable" but I actually use it a lot to hold paper clips, Post-It note pad, pens or other small office supplies instead. The base is firm enough to stay where you want it, but easy enough to adjust the tilt or height without issue, and is heavy/stable enough to take small bumps without tipping over. Aesthetics: This monitor is sleeek; it has ultra-thin bevels, a sturdy base, and overall feel that this monitor is a workhorse. I also like that the company logo is on the base instead of the monitor, which is a nice touch. The main design downside of this monitor is that the bevels are super slim, so I can't stick notes around the edges like my other monitors, and I also have to be careful about adjusting the monitor so no fingerprints are left due to the thin bevel. Summary: I'm mainly giving this monitor a 4/5 due to the inaccessibility of the slot in the base, and you can almost get two monitors for the same cost of this unit ($460 at the time of this posting). That being said, you're getting a lot of features for the money, and it's an excellent choice if you want to use this monitor as a sleek, professional main hub of your work/gaming layout. ... show more

  • Problematic
I've spent 3 days trying to get this monitor to connect to my mac. It has a lot of issues. Maybe I ended up with a lemon, but I expect monitors to just work.

  • Cannot believe it - the monitor bricked!
Had the monitor for less than a year. Recently I have switched it between USB-C and display port input. It worked fine for dozens of times but now it stuck with USB-C for ever. The on screen menu is no longer responsive and I cannot reset it back to factory.
