It lacks the aggressive saltiness of the cheddar, making it a better option for those who want a more mellow, savory experience. -Get Pepper Jacked: It has become my current favorite because the spice offers a functional benefit. The genuine kick of heat acts as a natural brake, helping you enjoy the snack while naturally moderating how much you consume in one sitting. That self-limiting aspect of the Pepper Jack is helpful because the texture of Moon Cheese can be deceptive. Very crunchy. Healthier than Cheetos of course. Unfortunately, I was hoping for a healthy Cheetos (close) taste-like snack. I knew it would not rival the intensely satisfying taste of Cheetos. However, I was disappointed in the lack of satisfying tastiness. I was willing to spring for the rather expensive price if this product could deliver health with great taste. Oh well.
