Wow. This ring is a show stopper. I knew it was going to look large on my hands, but I wanted to compare approximate stone sizes and styles. It arrived very nicely wrapped and secure within a box of other items I ordered. When I opened it and put it on, I was very pleasantly surprised. It fit very nicely and the sterling silver band is smooth and well made. The mount is solid and it shouldn't loosen at all after a lot of wearing. The stone is big on my hands, and it generates a lot of comments, but I am happy with its size and its quality. It has good shine and sparkle, and because of the princess cut it doesn't look like an obvious lab created stone. The color is clean and sharp, and it has a great amount of sparkle and fire. I will wear this for occasional fancy wear, and I will take care not to expose it to chemicals or detergents, and will store it in an anti tarnish ring box, so it should continue to look bright and new for many years. I use this exclusively as a travel ring so I don't have to worry about losing my actual engagement ring and wedding band. My real engagement ring is size 5 with a 2ct oval, so it makes this ring (size 6, 3.5ct oval) look enormous, actually too big for my preference, but it's fine for my "backup" ring. It looks more white than my diamond in comparison, but it's not noticeably fake upon initial inspection. I like that the stone sits close to my finger, so it doesn't allow a wedding band to be flush with it, but it doesn't get caught on things like my regular ring sometimes does since the diamond sits higher on my finger.
