Almost as if its not from them. This is very dissapointing because i prefer quality hair over cheap hair. I cant send back because i have a photoshoot in 4 days! Wont be getting my money no more. Loved the hair very thick and true to length. Straightened and curled very good can tell it’s 100% human hair. Can run my hands through it with no problem. Not synthetic blend and smelled nice upon opening package. The only this is the knots did not want to bleach all the way but was able to work it out. Give it 8/10.
